Just tried to go to this location at 10:40pm to get something to eat. There sign says they are open from 6am-12am Monday- Saturday, but when I get to the establishment the lobby is closed with light off and chair up on the table. The menu lights are deemed low. The place looks closed. Don't see anyone in the store, but there is a motorcycle parked on the sidewalk. The kitchen and back lights are on but no one is answering the drive thru speaker. This isn't the first time I've had an encounter like this. The food is good, but the service is horrible and not consistent. Would consider going ever only reason I do is because if convenience. The one in Newtown is WAAAY better!! 0/10 wouldn't recommend! If these are you hours you need to update your signs and online information cause this is ridiculous.

This is the worst Burger King in the state of North Carolina.. orders are never correct fries are cold no cheese on the burgers ever.. they close super early.. if they are in the building they will not answer.. they know they have your order wrong that's probably why they have the ringer off and don't answer the phone.. please close this Burger King down and ban the employees from the state of North Carolina.

Normally this Burger King has excellent service. Today was awful. The man took my order at the drive thru and told ne to drive around. When I got to the window(I was the only car there) he asked if I had the happy meal. No, I ordered a number 5 combo. He asked if I wanted to add cheese, I said no that I am allergic to it. He took my debit card and when he returned it to me, it stabbed my hand. He pushed it at ne with force due to being in a conversation with his coworkers. The woman behind him slung my food at me and slammed the window shut. She didn't speak and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. I sat there waiting for a bit on my drink. She then slung it at me. I almost spilt it in my lap. I only have 1 hand, my right hand. They didn't pay enough attention to see me reaching for the stuff they were slinging at me. Very unprofessional and rude. Awful service. When I got back to work, my sandwich was smothered in the cheese I'm allergic too. I didn't even get to eat. Do better people, do better!

If there was a zero Stars I would give it zero stars but you have to give something for you to be able to place a review most of the time the people that you deal with at front counter and through drive-thru are very slack they banned me bc I was recording them and told me they didn't have a button to add bacon to a mushroom meltThen on top of that they refused to give me the store number said they didn't know it manager included here's a clip

I just went through the drive-through and got a medium fry and asked for honey mustard for my fries and they wanted to charge me for it even though I’m paying close to three dollars for a small amount of french fries. I will never return to this Burger King again. I don’t care if it’s only $.30, that should be included with my meal. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service
