Got our Christmas oysters from them for the first time. Fresh, quality seafood! Busy little place and the two guys are super friendly! We live in Wilkes, but the little drive is worth it. We'll certainly go back again soon!

So, when we say this is the freshest seafood and meat shop we've found since moving to the western part of North Carolina; we mean it. Polite, knowledgeable, and professional. This is a cute little shop on the main road. Go check them out.

I don't have seafood often, but I am looking to change that with some various other diet choices. That said, I stopped here Monday and picked up a small red snapper filet and a lb of 21/25 shrimp. I've since had both, and they were great from a freshness & quality perspective. It's tough for me to comment on pricing since I've nothing to really compare to outside of the flash frozen and pseudo fresh items in an aldi. The other thing is, a selection of what is available at Dockside is NC sourced. I'll definitely be going back.
