I got the bibimbap-amazing. Kimchi fries-amazing. Hawaiian pineapple burger-amazing. I added pickled carrots and siracha to my bimimbap, I wish the Siracha was real authentic Siracha but it was still good. Sanitation rating was 94.5-that’s the only negative I can say. I didn’t see anything that would make me think they would have lost points from not being sanitary so I’ll definitely be back.
Bubblys has yet to disappoint and the kimchi fries are an absolutely must !!!

My husband we came to dine in to eat for the first time in their restaurant and we love the details but we usually order takeout most of the time. My husband got the pork banh mi/ teriyaki chicken bowl and I got the bibimbap…. The food was great and delicious!
By far one of the best authentic restaurants in hickory nc. Will definitely return. Staff was very kind and the food was amazing ?

I just wanted to eat a little something in the evening and found it at Bubblys.Thanks to the quick staff, you could order the food very quickly.I wanted to eat in the store, but when the food was ready, it was completely packed up so I had to take it with me because the employee told me they were closing.The burger and fries were prepared really well.The furniture seems a bit cold.Good value for money.

This place is very trendy, with good food. They will customize your order as needed, such as perfect temperature for the meat. The top it off after healthy Ramen noodles or good comfort, food with their selection of Asian fusion, hamburgers and sandwiches, one can enjoy tasty bubble tea for dessert. They don’t really have a kids menu, they will do everything they can to accommodate a children has a good portion catered to their needs. They have “use the claw to catch the doll “interactive Games there as well. The bathrooms are clean. There is good parking and handicap accessibility.this location is located in a plaza, where Best Buy and target in a HomeGoods store is in addition to Dick’s Sporting Goods, and it is directly across from the City mall. You couldn’t ask for a better location.Parking: The location is in a large plaza with Best Buy and target so if you can’t park right next to the restaurant, you can park in the Plaza parking spaces. This blonde Asian girl ignore me for 7 minutes and didn’t want to get my simple order of fries. She proceed to hand out free strawberries boba tea to another customer order and purposefully made me wait for so long that 4 people was behind me. Very unprofessional and the cook just went back there and didn’t do anything but 4 of them were just staring at me in the back! I just give her an evil look and walk out when she purposefully tries to finally take my order!
Have eaten in and ordered takeout. Service can be hit or miss (sometimes they'll forget to make the order after calling in) but the food makes the wait worth it. Haven't tried everything on the menu, but what I have has been good.

I normally do not give 5's.....but this place does what it do....lol!! They have homemade noodles for their Ramen. The flavors are on point and the dishes are so creative. Service is quick and friendly and the atmosphere is nice as well with outdoor sitting..
Bang mi is absolutely delicious! The meat is flavorful, veggies were fresh and the bread had the perfect crisp. I also had the strawberry dream drink. That was also very balanced. Definitely give this spot a try if you’re in the area.
