This mcdonald's used to be pretty good but here recently It's the worst one I've been to. I stopped the other morning to get breakfast. Handed the lady my debit card. And she walked off with it and Got dinner the other night.They got my order wrong 4 times in a row.Ridiculous I wish I had the number to the person that owned it so I could tell them that the kids they hired suck place is a joke

My food was absolutely horrible. The fries felt like they weren’t cooked at all . We returned them , and when given back to us they were not only still cold but one order was missing . The drinks were colored water . The service wasn’t bad , just needs more leadership.

This McDonald’s is trash. Every time I come past 10pm the food and service is horrible. Just got food there tonight October 4th 2023. I was the only customer in the drive thru. Had to wait 10 minutes. When I got my food the fries were soggy, cold and only half full. The McDouble was not fresh, was dry as the desert. And I was to scared to eat the mcchicken cause it was also cold. Charging outrageous for food that hasn’t changed and that isn’t even fresh or cooked all the way. Y’all are gonna end up getting someone sick
The order was wrong so I went back to the window after being in the drive thru for 22 minutes and the person on the mic said they couldn't fix the 5 orders of large fries because they were about to close so I cussed at her and drove to the window and got no help from the manager so this experience was a MESS!!!I won't be returning even for free food...lol

I've come in here every day for 3 days I earn my points for a reason. As of right now I'm not allowed to eat anything because there app took my points for the free chicken sandwich I looked forward to eating. Being HOMELESS AND HUNGRY DUE TO BEING A SURVIVOR OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE I'm struggling to get out of this dark hole we are in as we've also lost everything. And it's sad that they can clearly see it's on their end and DO NOTHING to make sure I'm taken care of instead tell me I have to wait and that's a guess as they don't know if my points will go back on my app. They could careless about their customers over a chicken sandwich that clearly was earned having no money tonight it's my dinner as I've ate nothing today!
