Food is delicious. You definitely get your money's worth. Staff is not exactly friendly, but not rude either. Mainly kids working the phone/checkout. Interior has gotten rather nasty unfortunately.

When I went to the store I saw some cockroaches on the menu, a bit anxious to see them but I waited and the food had a cockroach ? the place needs to be fumigated because the food is delicious but

When I was paying for my food at the register, the guy smacked a bug crawling across the counter and said "roaches are free". That was the first red flag.....get back out to my car and said bugs were all in the bag of food crawling around. Disgusting. At least I did get my money back. But I won't be returning. Made a yelp account just to leave this review. Ive never been so grossed out at a so called restaurant

Out of 3 Japanese restaurants in the vicinity, Osaka is by far the best! Better food, more for the money, better service, and just overall great! Thanks Osaka! I'm definitely a repeat customer!

They had take out only food was over salted ,this was our 2nd timeEating there ,and our last ,store dirty ,kids in floor man passed out asleep at one of the two tables that were open ,,no egg rolls wen i asked he say we are out at the moment and asked for chop stix again we are out at the moment .two weeks b4 my wife stopped and got us dinner no chop stix or egg rolls then mmmm.the beef was not good cut organ meat .osaka is a good franchise .need to drop these guys .do not recomend eating here.no stars

This place is absolutely AWFUL AND DISGUSTING. They have nasty comforters in their as if it they lived there. The place is not treated well and they don’t keep up with their hygiene . The food is just not how it used to be and kids lying on the floor LITERALLY. And you can tell they don’t clean the place definitely giving Covid-19.

I got food there today and it was nasty I asked for broccoli instead of sweet carrots and I got 2 pieces of broccoli wow thanks .I won't be back not worth what I paid!

Good japanese restaurant, they have all the regular menu items, don't take a super long time to get your food cooked, employees are polite and prices are fair. It's not the best Japanese restaurant in the area but it's not the worst either, you definitely can't ask for more for the price.
That wasn't beef.And if it was there was something seriously wrong with it. It smelled bad it was over salted and two of us had our stomachs turning within eating 5 bites.

From the Feb 15, 2021 Food Establishment Inspection Report. Things to note from the inspection... Insects & rodents (minus 2 points). Dirty or unmaintained restrooms (minus 1/2 point). Toxic substances were not properly identified or stored (minus 1 point). So understand that their passing score of 96 had a couple of serious failures... the insects and rodents fail only cost them 2 points. My review. Called twice in the last two days to place pickup order but nobody answered. Stopped by today around 1:00 PM while shopping next door and the place was locked and the inside was dark and appeared dirty. Sign on door says "take-out only". Being curious, I called again around 4:00 and a lady answered and just said "hello". I asked if this was the restaurant and what time they open... the lady hesitated a bit and then said "Yes", it was the restaurant and then asked someone else what time they open. She responded 11:00. The reason I am writing this review because this place has 4 stars on yelp and 4.5 on google yet this place looked pretty gross. The most recent review on google, about a week ago, said there was a roach in their food. I find that very easy to believe (see inspection above). Another review a month ago said the place smelled very bad and it appeared people were living in there (similar review from 2 months ago). Now I know why they only have takeout.
