The floor was dirty and food was cold. I ate one cold plate and they brought me my check...I'm like wow...they service me one drink and didn't ask me for a refill. I want never eat there again....the restaurant needs more experience workers and service hot food not cold....I would have gave them a score ZERO....

First the floors were very dirty. The carpet should honestly probably be replaced, but the least they could do is vacuum. Who wants to eat in an establishment whose floors are that filthy?Buffet. More like 2 plate 1 drink maximum, and then they bring you the check and stop the minimum service they were providing.Everything was cold on the hot buffet bar, and although customers were still coming in, they barely brought any fresh food out. So I decided to try the hibachi bar. While the food on that plate was hot in temperature, there was absolutely no flavor.Will not be returning and definitely would not recommend!

First time visitor. Out of State. Asked to pick up a couple yummy plates for my mother and sister. They brag about how great the food has been.Nice dining room. Food items appear fresh and restocked regularly. Warm environment, family friendly. Hibachi Chef impressive.Mother and Sister roundly happy with their entrees. Fast service.Little to no personable interaction with the young lady at the door. Seemed preoccupied behind her cubicle at the entrance,although somewhat interactive if only a feel of being transactional.Here’s the rub:No acknowledgement of purchase to customer.I am NO fan of any organization which accepts a person’s money but cannot acknowledge the purchase with a very simple “Thank you”.Its easy:1- Customer satisfies bill w/payment2- Cashier and Customer exchange thank you greetingsOtherwise, this is a 5 Star.Recommend.

This is absolutely the most disgusting and grossest Chinese restaurant I've ever visited. Why is this place even serving the public and they can barely speak English which makes it worse. So many people touching their mouths and returning to the bar atleast put sanitizer on the bars. But after seeing their last sanitation report....gross

This place is absolutely disgusting..none of what food they had was cooked right. A rude sign on the hibachi bar threatening a 50% added charge if u don't eat all on the plate then the waitress stood over top of us watching. 3 adults and 1 child was 70 dollars. I asked to speak with the manager of course she didn't speak English. And there was flys literally laying on the jello

ordered carry-out. they did not begin preparing order until I got there and paid for it. I offered to pay when I ordered but the person at the cash register doesn't speak much English. The place is dirty and food not good, I couldn't eat it all.

Security here is tight even if u not eating, they stand over you this lady stood over me the whole entire time of me and my friends eating. The sushi was dry and molded We wasn’t done she came back and gave us a half of soda and like I said she stood in that spot the whole time and watched us. They are also rude and none of the food was fresh out of the kitchen they were unprofessional too having their kids sitting out in the lobby

Refuse to do a door dash order because last time I ordered didn’t receive half my order. I reported to door dash to get a refund. I don’t care if the driver stole or she didn’t pack the right order !!I get pushback because the driver was a thief or the restaurant has awful customer service!!!Absolutely absurd ?‍♂️

Lunch was $12 a person...$40 for 2 adults and a toddler. FOR WHAT!? The selection of food is very small and majority of the food wasnt full, it was cold and nasty. I wouldn't call this a buffet at all. Don't waste your money or time. Service was non-existent.
