The staff act like you came in at the wrong time. Nevermind a greeting, it's like what do you want. Some of the donuts are fresh and others taste like they're from a few days ago. Some locations are ok but this is a common occurrence with Dunkin. They really need an overhaul on how to interact with the customers and make them feel like you care. The donuts are not cheap and they're not good. It might be my last time trying them.

The people working here are consistently very impolite. After 10am they are consistently out of everything. ...and when they do have what you want they screw up the order.

Decided to stop in this week since I am in the area training. Everything I have ordered, I have asked for no cheese on my items, and today was the only day they got it right. They were really busy today but got everyone in as quickly as possible while giving amazing service. Not my go to for breakfast, but the young lady in drive thru was absolutely amazing.

The coffee was decent, the location was not the nicest. It was a plus they had Dunkin midnight on tap and I like their touchscreens for ordering.

I placed an online order at 7:53. I walked out at 8:29 with no order. I saw people come in after and leave before me! I asked them to pull my order and all they told me to do was be patient. One worker said she didn't care that we were waiting 30 minutes!

We were passing thru Huntersville, NC & stopped @this Dunkin Donuts to get our usual coffee drinks that we get in Ohio. OMG! Both of our drinks were so bad -- neither us could drink them. We've gone to many different Dunkin Dunkin in different states and until now, they've always tasted the same. The staff wasn't very friendly...but I don't care about that. They weren't rude -- just not friendly or even greeted me. Neither of the two employees I interacted with even said hello. Again, that's just nitpicking....my real complaint is that the drinks were HORRIBLY MADE & the coffee had a burnt taste to it. I hope they get better -- but I'll never stop @this Huntersville, NC ever again.

Went through the drive thur line today 8/25 and order 2 sandwiches and drinks along with donuts…had to go back because they forgot my donuts and when we finally got home we received a bag with someone’s trash that had used napkins and opened ketchups…the lady in the kitchen was already being rude to us and had slammed the window on us…I always go to dunkin and this was the worst experience….

I have been a regular customer at the Duncan Donuts in Huntersville but after today, I’m not sure I will be back. I went through the drive thru and ordered the mini omelette bites. When I stopped at my next destination, I opened the bag to find a LONG BLACK HAIR stuck to my food. I tried calling the store 2 times, but no answer. After my appointment I will take this back and request a refund. Hair stuck all to my food is unacceptable.

Parking: We have some type of coffee drink here every day. My German Shepherd (Achilles) loves to play Frisbee in the field right next to Dunkin 3 or 4 times a day and we live close by. Every staff member here is the best. If we want a milkshake they will read the flavors even though they are always changing.
