I loved my experience at Salad Works. I went with a friend for lunch and my salad was delicious. I was especially impressed with the service. I was able to ask questions about the menu without being rushed through the line like so many other restaurants. The Huntersville location is awesome. The service is friendly and the food is so fresh and makes for a great meal. Love the soups, perfect side with a nice salad. So many choices I think i get something different all the time. Staff works hard to make it all a great experience.

I recently ate at salad works in Huntersville for the first time. I was blown away immediately by the amazing customer service. The staff were so friendly. The place was also so very clean. I ordered the roasted turkey club salad. It was absolutely amazing ! The salad was so fresh and tasted delicious ! I highly recommend anyone looking for an amazing salad to try salad works ! Hands down the best salad spot !

I ordered the Cobb salad via of door dash. The lettuce was so brown and slimy. The chicken had no flavor was sponge like. I threw it all in the trash. I really liked the soup I had last winter.

Horrible experience! I was never able to actually experience a salad from. This location. I ordered through Uber Eats in error after the run around from Uber I reached out to Saladworks to say hey. Can you guys help here. Spoke to David ( Assistant Store Manager)very pleasant and I think he tried. His store manager Michelle. Very nasty hag! I wasn't worth her time to get on the phone and speak with me! I was charged $15.90 for a salad I never received, being Uber wouldn't refund me. At minimum give me a salad. That very unprofessional women told David "NO!" AND TO HANG UP!! SMH I wouldn't eat from here if they offered a year of free lettuce! The run around from both companies has pissed me off in the worst way!

This was my new favorite until yesterday. It isn't cheap but it is hard to find healthy choices that taste great. Last night I arrived about 7 min to closing to find it locked up tight. The employees were there, one looked right at me but wouldn't open the door. So, while it had become a weekly stop for me and my family over the next 2 months - we won't be back. Update your closing time and at least open the door (when your sign says open, your hours say open) when someone is at your door. Else they go away...and don't come back.
Just had my first salad works salad (Avocado Cobb).. OMG! It was so good!!! I didn't care much for the blue cheese dressing.. but that's okay. All the yumminess from the salad ingredients served as my 'dressing'.

This is a very clean restaurant with wonderfully fresh food. It is a great stop for healthy food choices and they don't have just salads. They also have great soups and paninis. The girls working were friendly and provided fast service. I would definitely recommend!
