The Prescott is the go-to place for great food and the perfect atmosphere for any gathering. If you enjoy delicious, creative food this is your place. The atmosphere is so elegant and Heather, our server is so accomodating! Always my first choice for dining in the Triad!

My husband and I celebrated Valentines at The Prescott and it was absolutely delicious! We both had the blackened salmon and from the first bite to the last it was AMAZING! This was our first visit but it definitely will not be our last!!

This was our first time visiting and we were anticipating a delightful Valentine's dinner. We made a selection from the special prix fixe Valentine's menu in addition to a glass of Malbec from the wine list. Our wine was brought to the table in glasses that were appropriate for a desert wine/drink. Our server commented that they were out of wine glasses. We did note, however, that other patrons received their wine in the appropriate stem ware. After a slight delay, our first two courses were brought to the table and were very tasty. We sat patiently expecting our entrees to be presented but finally had to “flag down” our server and inquired about our entree-it had been 90 minutes since we first placed our order. She immediately asked if we wanted to speak with the manager, which we didn't. We just wanted our dinner. The manager arrived and apologized but there was still a delay. Our entree was tasty. The manager visited our table and apologized again, explaining that a new 17 year old was “still learning and getting his feet wet.” Not sure what that meant. After we finished our entree we sat and waited for our dishes to be cleared and desert to be presented. The manager stopped by and we inquired about our desert. She asked if we ordered the cheesecake and we informed her that we ordered the Crème Brûlée. She apologized and stated it was really a Crème Brûlée Cheesecake and the menu was printed incorrectly. We declined the cheesecake since we didn't order cheesecake and were looking forward to the Crème Brûlée. We did receive a reduction to our total bill. Our evening out lasted 2 hours and we didn't receive all four courses. Overall, there were numerous service failures. Staff always appeared to be in a hurry and paying little attention to patrons. More intensive trading of staff might be appropriate. Not sure if we will return.

Great spot to enjoy a delicious, quality meal. Surprising innovative for such a small, hidden jewel. If the service could match the atmosphere and food quality, they would have something terrific. We love a slow, enjoyable meal but the wait between courses is too long to enjoy. We've only been a few times so it may be timing. Takeaway is that they have what it takes to be a player if they can get the service times right. Overall - great experience.

Our overall experience was very good. We a group of 4 had a very nice time. I was very concerned because of the 50/50 reviews I had read but really every where you go you can encounter a bad evening out. Also the sanitation grade had improved immensely since August 2023. So I decided to give it a try as we had eaten here in the past. Only one in our group was disappointed with their meal. I live here in Kernersville and we need a restaurant like the Prescott to continue to do well. The entire staff was very attentive and helpful.

I'm the cauliflower Caesar salad and corn soup was delicious. Our waitress was wonderful and the ambiance was good. I really enjoyed it. It is a small restaurant so there were some loud tables near us. Would recommend this to my friends.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on the way home from a cheerleading tournament . It was prime time 730 on a Saturday night and we were Lucky enough to get a table ! The salmon , said a , wings, short rib etc was very good. The jazz music was very good - loud since our table was closer to bar , so best to request table in front room- very cozy . Our waitress was not familiar with what A gluten intolerance really means for my daughters friend who has celiac‘s disease. Someone else tried to help as well, but was still a little bit confused... Our waitress thought she was just doing a gluten-free diet. She didn't hear me when I said she has celiac's and we can't have anything with Gluten ... But they brought out a meal with pasta, (Uugh)which we told them- no pasta —but they did take it right back. They Spoke to the chef who understood. And they made it right and the food was amazing!

About a year ago, I gave The Prescott 5 stars because the food, service and atmosphere were all impeccable. That was not the case tonight. A friend and I ate there and: we were seated in the middle of the floor; it took almost an hour to receive our burger, which was as thick as it was wide (3” x 3”), on a 4”square brioche bun only edible with a knife and fork; and our server was “missing in action” most of the time, (so much so that another server brought out our food, filled our water glasses and removed my friend’s plate after the meal was over). The wait to receive the check exceeded 10 minutes. The food was adequate both in temperature and taste, but not worth the $35.00 we paid for two burgers and water. The bathrooms are no longer labeled for men or women, but both are labeled all inclusive. They are not very clean or aesthetically pleasing.

Had a wonderful meal with a friend. Loved the table by the window looking out on the shopping area. Waitress was attentive and helped with dinner suggestions. We ordered the scallops and the mahi mahi. Both delicious and would definitely recommend. Had a creme brûlée cheesecake for dessert. Also delicious. Restaurant is really pretty; yet, comfortable inside. Wine prices are really good. Parking is a little tricky behind the restaurant and shopping area.

The Prescott Club was fresh and excellently prepared. Asparagus was perfect trimmed, crispy on top and melted in my mouth.
