Just dealt with the rudest drive through employee ever. Arrived at 1020pm to order an 8piece family meal (they close at 11pm) the lady huffs and puffs threw the intercoms yells with the mic on to her coworkers about our order. Is very rude at the window snatches card and continues to curse about our order to her colleagues while we hear through drive through window. We asked her what time they close she says 11. Then continues to talk to her co workers “why the f does it matter what time we close” she just kept repeating she is ready to go home… this is the rudest drive through employee I have ever dealt with..

Whenever I come to pick up the employees have a bad attitude towards customer service, they are supposed to close at 11 pm but they already want to close. At 10 at night and on top of that they don't have or don't want to place the orders. And they are the same employees on this shift and apart from that when they gave me my order I threw the food on the table in a bad mood,

I orderd tenders and they said they didn’t have mild so i got spicy when i got to the window they said they didn’t have either so we had to wait for them to make the tenders. We waiting about 20 minutes before we got our food. Everytime I’ve gone i’ve had to pull up and wait.

The staff handled themselves admirably during a stressful time. It was dinner time and the Drive Thru was down and they were short handed and extremely busy. Everyone used their patience, all the orders were fulfilled while I we were there. Thank you Popeyes.

Opened box grabbed a piece of chicken and a spider crawled out. Took it back for a refund and cashier was very rude and came off with an attitude even though I was calm mannered.

My fiancee ordered this for his birthday, we specifically asked for mac n' cheese and cajun fries. Somehow ended up with 4 containers of mash potatoes. And then I guess they decided to add peppers or jalapenos to the mashed potatoes which is new I suppose, and it was disguising. This isn't the first or the second time they've "forgotten" the mac n' cheese in our order. Will never order again.
