Stephany was absolutely amazing. It was our first time here and she made our visit the very best experience. She made fantastic food suggestions, was on top.pf our order and all the extras we asked for like ranch and ketchup. We will be back and we will be asking for her. 10/10 best service.Kid-friendliness: Kids burgers were sizable and my kids left full.

The worst service I have ever experienced with my family. We came to this place after church, after celebrating my parents 40 year anniversary. We decided to stop by for the first time this place. Talk about the worst mistake ever. Our waiter took forever to come greet us to where the manager had to come and take our orders then on top of that we ordered five simple burgers we were there for over 50 minutes waiting for our food. Just for my burger to come out absolutely disgusting. It came to the point that I just walked out and left my family there. The manager was apologetic but the end of the day it was absolutely unacceptable from the minute we walked into the door. I felt extremely bad for my parents having to sit there and wait for over an hour for five simple burgers for our family. Yes, the manager comped two orders and gave us a discount, but to me that doesn’t matter I don’t mind paying the money if the service and food is worth it. I will never ever step foot in that place. I don’t care if they tell me I can eat there for free I would rather play in traffic. Nobody wants to come there after church after feeling good and happy from celebrating 40 years of anniversary just to come here and waste a whole hour and 40 minutes. Thankfully I didn’t wait an hour and 40 minutes but my family was there for a whole hour waiting for their food and then the extra 40 from them eating. I have been to expensive five star restaurants and I have never ever had a bad experience, it makes no sense that a 20 ounce ribeye is cooked faster than a simple cheeseburger. These people gotta do better and they definitely have to find a new staff.

If I could give Adam 10 stars I would! He is so knowledgeable of the menu. Amazing at making casual conversations. His attention to detail is spectacular and helped answer any question my friend and I had. He was made to be a server!

We ate an impressive lunch. I enjoyed a black bean burger. Not just an ordinary black bean burger it was deep fried. It was a different approach that surprising was delicious.

This is the 2nd time I've experienced poor service on a take-out order (told 20 mins for salad w/ added protein and it took 50 min). I'm leaving this review because it's also the 2nd time the mgr pushed any accomodation to "next time" without setting up what the next time looks like so it never happens. Manager J said he'd take my # but didn't. Starting to think their go-to is "next time", like the signs that read 'free meal tomorrow'. I just wish establishments operated with more of a culture of doing what's right and treating the customer fairly.
