Placed an online order with a BOGO code an hour and a half before pick up time. As I was leaving to pick it up, got an email that my order was canceled. When I called, was told they “don’t make any money” when people use promos and the manager said to cancel my order. Said if I had ordered a bag of chips, they wouldn’t have canceled. I offered to buy a bag of chips, but they said it was canceled and too late.NEVER. AGAIN.

This location does not take coupons or participate in subway promos. Not the best sandwich makers either. Mayo or sauce goes everywhere and makes a messy sandwich $25 for two sandwiches and they want tips. Like for

Came here on Valentines Day and was refused service. She said she was too tired. I'm a manager in the restaurant industry and never in my life was I refused service bc the employee didn't feel like making my food. She was an older woman who clearly needs to retire if she feels too tired to serve people. I don't know her name but she had a nasty bandage on her nose that looked unsanitary. She's very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. DO BETTER!

Green haired freak said that they would delete my order if I used my buy one get one free offer in the app! What a rude little witch! Don’t support this place! It is advertised on TV and the app doesn’t say anything about one time use! It says (1 per order)!!! If it’s a problem fix your app! Disgusting people. these people all need get fired and lose the right to franchise ever again!

Went there because I got coupons in the mail at my house in Mint Hill. Ordered my food and went to pay and was told they don't accept coupons. Owners decision. Should've gone to Jersey Mike's...

The setting sun ? made it brutally uncomfortable waiting for our sandwiches to be made.

I chose to come here because I know Subway is always empty and I didn't want to have to wait in line for Chick-fil-A. Why is Subway so expensive for such mediocre food? It was almost $10 for a six inch sandwich. Sheesh! It's no wonder why Subway is always empty. I'm not a fan of their new menu either. There are far better places to go. As far as this specific location is concerned it's on the corner of the intersection and is accessible from the street (front) or the parking lot (back). It was clean and the food was pretty good. The customer service was fine. Very underwhelming overall.

I don't eat Subway often but I had some coupons to get rid of before they expire. I understand it's not the employees fault but management has posted a sign saying they don't accept coupons because food is expensive for them... as if it's not expensive for non-business owners! They can literally, according to the IRS - can write off food cost. So no, I won't be returning here. And shame on the owner for wanting to get over on people with inflation the way it is!

I arrived at the subway at 8:36 and the doors were already locked. Maybe you should update the time to 8:30 instead of 9.
