Extremely slow with limited customers. Only one person in line when I entered the store but took close to 30 minutes to get a drink. Drink had no flavor.

1. Workers were rude and annoyed. 2. There was a long line of people, which I get, but no one in the kitchen was in a hurry. 3. Way to overpriced, the chicken quesadilla tasted worse than taco bell, and it was $7.19 :/ 4. Was not clean, the floors were so dirty. 5. Only reason its 2 stars instead of 1 is because their Mango Bacon Brie Flatbread was amazing. Has potential, probably not coming back though. The general atmosphere made me feel like they did not want me here.

Very slow service. Took us 30 minutes to get 2 smoothies. Order was also messed up, probably due to the person taking our order having a headphone in her ear and not being very responsive to us as she typed in our order. I’ve been to tropical smoothie cafes before and typically enjoy them but this one was a fail.

I left my wallet, and didn't realize it until after store was closed. I called exactly at 10am the next morning and they had it! I picked it up and everything was still in my wallet! Good people are in this world.

The food was ok. The manager behind the counter doesn't understand the concept of allergies. She also didn't understand how to look it up or check ingredients. I would avoid this place if you have any allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients.

Inside of the outlet mall. We walked in and the gentlemen at the counter was yelling at the girl in the back to “get her *** moving, she was falling behind” We decided to leave before we got to the counter.

Overall the food was pretty good. The wraps were really good, we had the Thai chicken and Buffalo chicken. They didn't have the side we wanted so we had to get apples and these weren't the greatest. Smoothies were very big. I had the sunset sunrise one (I think that's what it's called) and it was delicious. My friend had one with strawberry and banana and she didn't like it as much, but it was still alright. Only finished half. Good for a quick stop with some refreshing food for the beach. Service was decent.

There was one employee working and a line of people out the door and to add, she was getting mobile orders. I felt bad asking to customize my order to simply remove tomatoes from the wrap I wanted but she also didn't even know how to do that so I was just going to handpick the tomato's out to save her the stress. Poor girl was was not efficient whatsoever and extremely slow.Anyway took an hour to get our order -I'd just make your own smoothie.
