i sent my 16 year old goddaghter and 7 year old son with a coupon for a BOGO footlong i had received in the mail. she gets there and there is nothing posted they dont take the coupons anymore so she gets 2 footlong subs just to get to the end and be told they wont take the coupon and makes her pay full price for both subs. this is a place we go to almost weekly and i cant believe they would scam kids like that.

The Subway in Pleasant Garden is the best. I usually go to the one in Liberty. But it's awful now. The workers look mad. They run out of bread and meats all the time. And this between 6:30 and 7 in the afternoon. It's really gone down.

Management sucks at this location! The prepubescent manager has his teenager brother writing fake reviews. The place is seriously dirty and the only employees are high schoolers. Go literally anywhere else but there.

I am so glad that a Subway was built in Pleasant Garden, as this area desperately needed an eating establishment.The times that I have ordered sandwiches at this location, the vegetables were always fresh and crisp. The bread is fresh and soft. The prep counter where the sandwiches are prepared is clean and wiped down.When the cookies are available, they are always soft and delicious.The service is quick and the staff is pleasant and friendly.The interior of the restaurant is clean and well-kept. The parking lot and outside grounds area are both well-maintained.The Subway restaurant in the Pleasant Garden area is definitely one of the best Subways I’ve been to regarding their food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Friendly staff, yummy food, clean environment!Vegetarian options: They have a killer veggie delite that a vegetarian was telling me about.Kid-friendliness: The staff there absolutely adores kids, even when they’re making messes.Parking: There’s a good bit of parking although when it gets slammed people tend to ignore the parking lot and park in the gravel spots around the store.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a spot where the curb lowers so wheelchairs can enter.Dietary restrictions: Staff are more then welcome to swap gloves for any sort of dietary restriction.
