Avoid at all costs. Easily the worst location in the city. What was once a decent location has devolved into unredeemable garbage. Management has clearly given up on this place on all fronts. I urge you again to avoid at all costs unless you want an inedible, incorrect, pile of grease.

The staff is always really nice. Biscuits are great, fried chicken is great, the tenders are nice, rice is always good (it was greasy once but it was still bomb.) thank you to the staff you slipped me an extra chicken tender ❤️

The young women in the drive thru are very rude. They will close the window in your face without asking if you needed anything else.. Customer service has definitely gone out of the window..
I came here for an interview and they had bad really attitudes i brushed it off and told them I had an interview and the manager told me to wait and she will come out and interview me and she never came to get me and she just left me at the table waiting for over an hour do not apply here it's a waste of

I was charged $48 for an online order placed in error that was never filled. I called the store immediately upon placing the order to cancel it, before anything was filled. I was told they couldn’t cancel it and to cancel it on the app. The app does not give an option to cancel an order, even if it was only submitted 3 seconds ago. Apparently they think it is acceptable to charge me for an order that they never filled.
