Right when you walk inside this place makes an impression! It looks like Arizona dering Día de los Muertos, it feels like a dead man's party. The regular salsa is refreshing and I can never stop dipping in it. The food is so good, like the arroz con pollo, which is just like half a seasoned chicken instead of dry white meat. The enchiladas de puebla are also great. My favorite by far is the carnitas, you can't find anything like it on this side of the country. The pork is braised in beer and is just magical. And yes there is a train, and yes everyone loves it. The wait can be very very long on the weekends, but the staff are always very friendly so I never mind too much. It's not too expensive so I think it's honestly the best restaurant in Raleigh for families! They also help promote small business sometimes, like they used to sell really good chocolate for this Columbine guy. Anyway, this place is good and you must go or ELSE! Last thing, I think the restaurant has changed hands because it has gotten way better in the last couple years.Parking: The parking is actually pretty iffy. It gets packed to the point of no spots, but you can just go park in the shopping center.Kid-friendliness: There is a bar but it's mostly split from the tables. Side note, the tortillas are really good ?

If you are here to leave anything less than 5 stars, you can kick rocks back to Taco Bell! This place, the food, the service is all amazing! We drove over an hour and we will definitely be coming back!Kid-friendliness: The servers are great with kids and the little train that brings you your dip is pretty cool.

We had a lovely evening - great food and service. Restaurant has a really unique and fun vibe and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The staff was attentive and made great suggestions since we were first time diners. Please take the previous review from Tolga Akiner with a grain of salt. My family walked into the restaurant and witnessed this man as he was berating the hostess. His behavior was atrocious and borderline abusive. It’s no wonder they told him he would need to wait if he wanted another table. Personally I would have asked him to leave the minute he raised his voice and made a scene. The hostess was polite and professional given the situation. He provided a great lesson for my 12’year old son on how NOT to behave!

This was the worst experience ever, because they didn’t even seat us. I made a reservation for a Saturday night 3 days before, then they took us to a table almost at the back exit with open-door in the middle of huge junkyard. Then when I asked them to have a different table, they said noone else is complaining about it so we have to wait for an hour. This is just ridiculous.

ten if there’s a wait, then there’s a wait. However, when after waiting for a 1.5 hours for a table, there is no reason that you should then wait 45 minutes to get your drinks. One of the people in our party got his soup and finished it before we had our drinks. When we finally got our meal, one of the meals was the Chilaquiles. The tortilla chips came out soggy and when this was pointed out to the waiter, he said that it was soggy because that was the first meal done and it had been sitting under the heaters. We asked that the meal be remade. 10 minutes later a manager came over asking if we needed something since a meal was sent back. First the meal could have easily been replaced by switching out the tortilla chips, second I have never had a manager be so disrespectful in trying to fix an issue with the meal, third never as a server had I admitted the quality of the food wasn’t good because that meal has been sitting under heaters. We chose at this point to have the meal cancelled and just wanted to leave. All the other meals were barely lukewarm and weren’t worth the hype. My local place in Fuquay is so much better. Don’t listen to the TikTok hype. For context we went on a Thursday night.
