Went here this past Saturday to grab some drinks and just a small plate for my husband and I to pass time before we went to the movies. We got boneless wings and….I’m the type of person who triple checks her chicken. Listen…after eating one smaller piece I was like hmmm weird very “wet”. I started cutting into the bigger pieces and they just didn’t seem all the way through to me! Overall the chicken had a weird taste! As soon as we left my stomach was turned upside down! TMI but my stomach has been upset since yesterday!! Service wasn’t the best either, lots of standing around and talking to the other waiters! Drinks were decent. For sure won’t be back!!!

Service sucks, waited 25 mins to to get drink order , had to wait on all refills and had to ask more than once for it , didn't get all the food we ordered , just a piss pour excuse of a potential nice restaurant that could prosper and the waitress could make really decent money , also had the waitress to tell us that she had to serve the other tables before us, dont understand that, will not return to this place on wake forest rd, Raleigh

Was visiting from out of town and stopped in for some wings. Walked in to a hostess area stood there while several waitresses walked by without a greeting or anything, finally a server asked if we were there for a pickup we said no and we're told sit where you want. Sat in seats for several minutes before getting a hostess , we did not need to look at menus and knew our order already. Food was slow to come out and our waitress spent our whole visit seated with another customer at another table. Finally had another sever get her attention so we could get some boxes and our bill. I understand establishments have regular customers and they usually get more attention but we were never checked on asked if our food was ok or we needed anything . Would think hard about giving this Hooters another chance .

I ordered the Buffalo shrimp, one of my favorite bar foods. Little did I know that since it was a to go order that it was cold and like a shrimp cocktail in hot sauce. Totally disgusting. I will never order it again at this Raleigh location. There needs to be a way to send back to go orders like rejecting it when being served in a restaurant.

0 stars my food never came out, I let the staff know at the register not to bother bringing it out. The waitress with braids to the side was very dismissive & rudely said ok good night. I called back to speak with the manager & he was just as dismissive. Not to mention the dirty salt shaker with bbq sauce stuck to it that looks like it hadn’t been clean since 2022. Since we had to seat ourselves, the first table in the back that seats 5 people is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Chair will give out soon & I’m sure the staff knows about it but haven’t removed it. Unacceptable service Hooters!

Although I don't have any issues with service, it wasn't anything to write home about either. The issue here was the food and the condition of the bar. I went to this restaurant at about one thirty or two o'clock in the afternoon, when it was not busy. The waitress immediately asked for our order, which was great, however, after I placed the order. It seemed like a long time before I got my food. When I got the food, that would have been okay if the chicken wings were hot. How do you have cold chicken wings in a hooters bar? The French fries were popping hot, but the chicken wings were cold. I would not recommend this location to anyone who enjoys hooters. As far as the condition of the restaurant, it seemed like every stool in the place was extremely unstable and wobbly. Highly recommend a renovation.

You want wings? Go here. Pick up or dine in, you’re not gonna get a more flavorful chicken wing anywhere else. The “other guys” all have smaller wings (and higher prices for some weird reason) so just skip em all and go here… for the food.
