Customer service is trash here. Male at drive through window is extremely rude and yelled at me after I asked him a question and he didn’t hear me ask. He assumed I was just sitting there smh. Sadly I think he’s possibly management.

I took a chance and visited this location on Poole Rd. I order an 8 piece chicken box only. When I arrived home to my surprise I only had legs and thighs and the chicken was old!! I was charge $21.64 for dark meat only. The actual cost of what I received would be $10-$12 at most! The integrity of the people who work there is questionable! How can you knowingly serve and sell old chicken! If I wasn’t civil minded person this could have went left real quick! Words of advice to the employees and the funny looking store manger Don’t play with people’s money nor their food! If you don’t like your job go to school learn something and do better for yourself because clearly your unhappy and want everyone that visits this store to feel your pain. Do better!!! Also, to who ever packed my order go kill yourself!! Yes…I’m upset!!!

KFC is the place! Just a quick stop to pick up some chicken wings and breasts for a family member who had that special request, in addition to the meal of roast beef. The chicken just can't seem to get a break..ha ha! This store was in the right place at the right time. Yeeehaaaa! Got to run...I har the dinner bell calling. Take care an enjoy family. I was in drive thru too long and was able to back back out around 1235 and went inside to see if I can get in sooner there was noone at the register one person in the back one lady at the drive thru noone acknowledged us standing there also the manager walked in from the outside never said a word to us or asked if we been helped straight to her office and came back out said nothing so we left and got no food wasted my who lunch this is poor service.
