Ordered KFC Christmas Eve at 3:30 pm. Front service person Fulton was very pleasant and helpful. Manager then came up front and said there was no more original recipe only extra crispy and I could only get 1 mashed potatoes with my 16 piece chicken order. She was very rude and abrupt. I asked her what were my options and she kept on getting aggressive. Bottom line was she didn't want to make more mashed potatoes. She also said the 2 macaroni and cheese I ordered she could only give me 1 order. I waited 35 minutes for my order. While I was waiting, another customer came and ordered a 2 piece chicken with fries. He was waiting 20 minutes for his order and it was cold, they served him fries that had sat there for at least 20 minutes. The saving grace was the customer service from Fulton and D'Naj that I waited so long for that order. Please acknowledge them both and the female manager needs to brush up on her customer service.

Not busy at all, yet it took 20 minutes to get 4 tacos and a chicken little.And for the second time in a row I have come and they are mysteriously out of chicken tenders at 7pm. This location used to be alright, but has definitely hit rock bottom. Do not bother going here.

Are you kidding me? The store was out of biscuits so these brilliant individuals decided to put a slider bun in the box and not notify us of the change… what is wrong with your employees? Common sense tells you to at least say something… I don’t even write reviews so this is an exceptional situation to make me want to comment. It’s always poor service at this location… lay off of whatever extracurriculars and focus on your job!!

Went thru the drive through and got a completely wrong order. When i went in she completely ignored me after i told her they gave me the wrong order. You want to make $15/hr or more. Be happy you have a job and do it with purpose.

Waited in line for 50 minutes and could not get them to take my order. The line had only 3 cars ahead of me, with no response of what the hold up was. Could not get out of the line except to back out when the 5 cars behind me back out and left. Will not go to that store again !

10/3/23 at 2:14 I had to wait 20 minutes before my order was taken. Then I had to wait 45 minutes before receiving my order of ten chicken legs. While I am waiting on my food I noticed staff eating back in the kitchen around were they are preparing the chicken also stay walking outside to take a smoke break while customers are waiting. The manager on duty was very rude, and she also went outside to have a smoke break while customers are waiting for the order to be taken. This business needs to get better staff top to bottom. This is not the first time that I went to the business and had to wait a long time in the inside just for my order to be taken. They have poor customer service skills. And the entire staff needs to be trained on customer service because they all act as if they do not care. When I received my order the manager drop the bucket of chicken into the bag. She did not apologize for having me wait for 45 minutes for my order. I love myself some KFC, but I will not be going to this one no more. They deserve a zero rating.

Omgg, never!! Tonight October 7th 8:30 pm drive through was ridiculous. I literally sat at drive thru for 40 minutes. I was the second person in line with about 3 to 4 cars behind. The person in front of me waited at the window for so long.I had to blow my horn. Then they finally got their food. I drove up and you would think the cashier would come to me , she just talking about cleaning the counter to another employee. I had to call her to the window. She knew it’s line at the drive through. I said how long do I have to wait for my order. She tells its half way done. After 45 minutes it’s only half way done? I told her no thank you , and drove off. This is ridiculous. And you had enough staff. Will not be going back to that kfc. I decided to go to another KFC and the lady at the drive was like yeah we heard because everyone is coming to their kfc complaining

No tea, ordered a bowl, and it had three pieces of chicken, which were old and dry and not very much of anything else in the bowl, but potatoes. Also ordered a 2 piece white meat dinner and got a dry, deformed, very small wing and a thigh and an old, hard, dry biscuit. Worse meal ever, and the restaurant was not clean. Will never go there again.

I have no idea what it was, but the chicken did not taste right at all. People i was with got their order like 20 mins late even tho they ordered immediately after me. Slow service, rude staff out back, and subpar food. The manager was decent, and the cashier was nice, but the staff out back were just slow and rude.I'm not surprised this is one of the lowest rated KFC's in Raleigh.

Before I got stuck in their line you can’t get out of I asked if they were open. The crypt keeper looking manager said the drive thru was open but not the lobby, even though the door was unlocked. I get to the drive thru and nobody takes my order until I say hello hello hello. Then she said they don’t have no more chicken. They need to get some professional people who want to work in there. If I had mental problems I would have hurt them, badly. I’ll be going to the Cary location from now on since I don’t want to support this location any longer. I hope they go out of business and they all end up jobless. Cause they clearly don’t like their job.
