What has happened to you? I come here quite often and your portions have gotten so small it's not worth it. I ordered pick two and I got 1/2 bowl of soup and a side of bread so small I ate in one bite. The soup was watered down and barely had any broccoli etc. In it. You also keep running out of avocadoes. Please try to improve or people will be eating at home. Ty

In this economy, Panera really needs to do better. I ordered a whole Caesar salad and added avocado for an extra $1.69. What I received for an extra $1.69 was a quarter slice of avocado. You are really ripping people off!

Eh.. that was underwhelming. First there was no cashier so I was forced to use a kiosk which gave me two errors while ordering. I got the bacon, egg and cheese on ciabatta. Not seasoned enough. Skimped on the egg which is the cheapest of ingredients. Bacon was translucent thin. And I don’t think it had the sauce I asked for. I just don’t taste anything. I was really hoping it would be great. At least the bread. Bread was ok but not like omg I don’t even care what’s in the sandwich cause the bread was so good. I really don’t know for what I just paid $9. And I’m still hungry is the saddest part.

I used to love Panera, but getting subpar service has become more commonplace. This was a takeout order and I got the Teriyaki chicken bowl. This is without taking a single bite!!! I moved it to the side to show half the bowl was empty. In what world is this worth $13?! Total rip off and just unacceptable.

Came to this location just to see if they say anything to me about helping myself to their lemonade because I had such a bad experience at Colonnade after i joined "sip club" thru the app, which is a nightmare.The bathroom is nasty. Will go to Starbucks instead in the future.

Great place to hang out. Food seems a bit pricey. They $ure are proud of their bread, but it is good. Service, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Why should it take 5-10 minutes to get a coffee cup I've already paid for???

It’s disappointing service if you want to even call it that. I walked in stood for 10 minutes to be told I had to put my order in myself. If I needed someone to take my order it would be at least 20 minutes. It had been quite awhile since I went into a store and it’s most likely the last time I’ll bother. While the food is good there are plenty of other places that still believe in customer service.

Very disappointed - salad was totally NOT like the picture - there was strange dark green pointed leaves in it. I asked for no gorgonzola - and it was in there. Have gone to Panera for many many years - but quality is terrible compared to several years ago. Not coming back - this is not the 1st time salads have been wrong.
