I visited earlier this month and ordered the monthly special. I was charged the full price instead of the special price. Hoping for an corrective refund of the difference, I showed this to a manager and they refunded the full meal no questions asked. I came back today for the special again and everything was perfect. Both times the food was great and they are very accommodating of my dietary related modifications. Even with no salt, the fresh cut fries are delicious.
Had a taste for Penn Station and visited this location. It was not good and the place was dirty. I went to use the restroom and saw a dead roach on the floor. They put very little meat in the sub that all you tasted was bread and it had no flavor. Definitely a waste of money.. next time I get a taste for PS I'll Google a different location with a high sanitation grade. Realized there's was low after paying for my meal on my credit card, otherwise I would have just cancelled the order all together.

Honestly the food is good, but I always appreciate the staff here, they’re just always so pleasant to interact with.
Can't listen to instructions whether online or Uber eats delivery. Wasted my $ too many times. Wish they wouldn't add items that were NOT selected on the order. Won't be back.
Solid food with very friendly service. Cheesesteak was good, could use a bit more steak (parts of sub were all bread, little meat), but otherwise a good experience!

I've been coming here for years the quality and amount of food aren't the same little amount of meat on a lot of bread I happened to look at the guy that took my order hands his finger nails were dirty he also cooked the food on the grill I'm a nail technician so I know his nails had dirt under them just nasty full of germs touching deli meat I will not be returning ps. It was the manager of the store with the blue collar shirt please wash hands and clean your nails for the health of your customer's

A great spot for a quick sub sandwich! The sandwiches are always fresh and I LOVE their lemonade. Whenever I want lemonade, this is the first place I think of. I really like their turkey and provolone sandwich with a side of french fries. However, I have tried most of their subs. I'd recommend the italian, the chicken philly, and the chicken teriyaki! Also, the service is always really great and fast! I've never had to wait too long for my order and the food is hot. I always order sandwiches from here whenever I want a sub with more flavor.
