We couldn’t even get our food because the employees were fighting and assaulting one another. Middle-aged woman ran out crying and the manager (?) was screaming curse words the entire time and throwing food at people. Can’t even comment on the food because we sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes and then finally drove off after all the staff disappeared following the altercation.

If you’re going to charge $0.69 to add strawberries to a milkshake, you should probably actually add the strawberries. I’ve worked in fast food, it’s really not hard to double check that an order is correct. I hate wasting money.

I liked this location. I've had some good experiences. But I've had too many negative ones to continue to go here. In fact, the last encounter and lack of quality customer communication/service (with corporate, not this specific location) was enough to make me never want to visit another Sonic again.I ordered on the app, arranged for my food to be ready at a certain time, and drove to the restaurant. No indication of anything amiss. I was there a couple of minutes after the time I'd specified and knew from experience there would likely still be a wait. Store was meant to open at 7:30 a.m. and I was there around 8:35 a.m. I parked at a stall, entered my info into the app (which was fortunately working...it only does and half the time, which is a whole different issue). I waited 10-15 minutes. Screen said my order was being made. I pressed red button. No response. After another 5 minutes, I drove to drive thru window. It was only then I realized no one was even at the store.The screens were on and working at the stalls. I believed my order was being prepared. I wasted 20 minutes and was late to work. All I got from corporate was a gaslighty apology (oops, looked like you got there before the store opened... even after I sent screen shots from their hours on Google that showed the store should have been opened for an hour at that point) and a refund.I don't know what the issue was, but this shouldn't have happened. Mistakes happen, but there was no attention given to it. If Sonic cared, the location would have realized that an order was paid for and never received and they would have reached out to me instead of me having to contact corporate.Sometimes, sure, you'll have a great experience at this location. Sometimes, you'll wait 30 minutes for your order. Sometimes, they won't even be there and your order won't get made. As for me, I'm all done. Taking my business elsewhere.

I would love to review something. It's 1:15 am on a Monday night. It doesn't appear to be busy. I'm unable to order on the app (because this location isn't currently accepting online orders). So, I pull up to the window for a pretzel twist and a cherry limeade. I'm told they're only accepting delivery orders. Seriously??!! There are literally no customers here at the restaurant. I can't quite understand this. Do better, please. I have been hoping to get out this way (I drive Uber full time) for this pretzel twist for weeks. ?Edit: while finishing my review, someone had the nerve to come outside to inform me I wasn't allowed to be parked the way I was. WOW! SMDH!!

Honestly, I don't know why I even bothered coming here after the first time. Ordered the most basic chicken tender combo tonight- the chicken was burnt, the fries were cold, the tots were soggy, and the oil residue was brown. When was the last time you changed the oil in your fryer? That's disgusting.

This is the third time i ordered from here and requested NO CHEESE on my burger and they put cheese on it. Whats the point in giving the option to remove something if you never remove it? Fast food is so simple i dont understand how these employees are so incompetent. Read the freaking orders!!!! Its not hard. Im lactose and i cannot eat cheese!!! I ended up scraping it off with a napkin but the cheese looked gross and old too. I dont even want the food anymore. Sonic please train your employees to read. Reading is fundamental
