Stay clear of this Subway and never order online. They lost my online order as well as the online orders of other customers because they didn't know how to put a roll of paper in their point of sale system. The cashier said they hadn't been able to print a receipt for more than two hours. They refused to provide my meal or a refund even though I had my online receipt, order details and credit card authorization information. I spoke by phone with a manager who identified herself as Miss Davis and she was rude, dismissive and refused to provide information on how to obtain a refund. I am having to contest the charge on my credit card. It was probably a good thing I didn't get my food because their food prep stations were unsanitary and gross. Staff and managers are incredibly rude and incompetent. This store should have it's franchise pulled.

I would give this subway zero stars if possible. The owner of this establishment should really check in on how this place is run and the way they make sandwiches. The guy working there should fine another job. He has no business in customer service. Absolutely horrible sandwiches and experience, except for the poor girl that tried to be nice.

Why is this subway the worse! I've had 2 extremely rude manager experience in this place and have probably only been inside a total of 10 times if that. The first time wasn't as bad as the last time. This last time I went inside order the same sub I get every time I enter a sub for the past 8 years. However after the new menu release my sub is no longer on the menu but have had MULTIPLE subways make it and just charge me for the sub it's closes to with no problem because it's the exact same price as the other sub.Well I go into this location place my order and the lady tells me that's not gonna happen I ask why not and she replied I'm gonna charge your for an extra meat even tho I'm still getting the same number of meats. She then goes about telling me she was 3k dollars short this week because employees are giving away free meat and that's why they have there hours cut and I'm about to get charged for what I want because she isn't gonna be short again.... I do not believe that is how you should talk in front of a customer.... so I will never be returning to this subway again!! Hope they can find better management... maybe then they won't be 3k short next time...

I'm a former employee here. There is no way to describe the horrible and gross factors inside this place. Blood exposure to food and prep area. Food thawing in dirty dish water. Blood on equipment and cutting utensils, sinks faucets and handles. Please beware when you eat here ... Owner serves out of date rancid and translucent veggies. Food is prepared next to cleaning products ungloved left out for hours for insects to fly over before being served to customers. Then men's bathroom is outta out stays clogged. The bread cabinets have mold build up .. the coolers where the food is kept on the line contains standing water and moldy food underneath where food is served straight to the public. After trying to keep the restaurant clean and food rotated .. owner tends to serve food that's months outta date with rotting vegetables that's been leaked on from water in the walk in coolers.

I worked here for awhile and honestly needs shut down always out of everything meats and cheeses and veggies always molded and nasty management is trash I worked 11-10 for 40 hrs a week at $9 and wouldn't bump me up so not let your kids work at Subway it is not a good first job and won't get them anywhere they would be better at McDonald's....employees have drug deals happen in store and it's just horrible I would not trust these people making your food I was the only good thing about it

Use to be decent place to eat but with the new employees it just shows how hiring the wrong people can destroy a business, save yourself a headache (odds are the doors locked because they don't want to work) and go somewhere else to eat.

Almost always dissatisfied with this place, but wow. Just went there, sign is lit up saying OPEN but the doors are locked. I saw an employee at the counter when I drove by, but they must've hid when they saw me coming to the door. Called the store, was told that they're "open but actually not open right now because we're like, out of breeeeead?"So that was cute.

I ordered a sub online to be able to pick it up on my thirty minute lunch break and the order went through. I get to the store and there are two kids running around as well as two men sitting at a table. A sign on the door reading "Temporarily closed for cleaning".It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the door to talk with me and say that they attempted to call all online orders but I had received no call telling me such. When I asked about a refund I was told to call the 800 number.I attempted to call the 800 number and was told by a recording to put in a form online and someone would reach out to me.As of 11:35 on 4/4/22 I have put in three to four of them and no one has reached out to me about a refund.. It's not that much money but in this day and age where we are all scraping by and want to get a small treat now and then it feels like they have stolen money from me and I am left here with nothing.

I showed them the confirmation email as well as the order history in my Subway account but nope they didnt care. Instead I had to place a second order then dispute the charge for the first order with my bank once it went through and funds taken which it did. This location needs to be shut down. We no longer order from this one even though its 3 minutes from our home and instead drive the extra distance to either Youngsville or Creedmoor. It really is that bad!
