Just no. The food always sucks here nothing is ever fresh and everytime i pay extra for toppings they never put what i paid extra for on my food. My last time going here. Just be rushing putting anything together. HOWEVER, the workers are always pleasant so i will give two stars.

This Taco Bell has gone downhill even more. Your drive thru cashiers should put down their personal phones. I ordered 1 thing and, shocker, it was wrong. They only were taking cash so I had to pick carefully. Ordered crispy chicken taco and got a soft taco that is hard with 2 pieces of chicken and a huge handful of cabbage. Shameful.

With the kiosk, there is not much customer interaction. The food was prepared well no mistakes with the customized items. However at every Taco Bell location where we placed an order from the kiosk they forget to provide the drink and we have to remind them. One of the drive-thru staff was very rude to the person doing online pick-up. All he wanted was to check the items before confirming. It was a reasonable request however she just ignored his request and kept saying to confirm it. Even after he confirmed she didn't give the package to him. Like I said with the kiosk order customer service quality is not at par.

Ok so it seems that they now close their lobby doors every chance they get and only focus on deliveries. I have gone there twice and they just randomly close their doors in the middle of the day.This only leaves people to use their car to do drive-through. Not everyone has a car to use to do drive-thru and delivery is $10 extra. What is the purpose to keep the lobby permanently closed?

Quite literally the best Taco Bell experience i’ve ever had. The workers were so so nice and it’s a SUNDAY AFTERNOON!!! Literally the best can’t recommend them more. I will definitely be coming back.

This taco bell REQUIRES customers to use the kiosk. They won't ring you up themselves. But yet when you pay in cash, they need to ring you up anyway. My order was started 3 minutes after the order was placed. They always make the order after there are no more cars in the drive thru.
