I pulled up to the window and waited quite awhile while the individual that was working the window, danced around, talked to the other employees, walked away for awhile, and when they came back into view he still did not assist me.Finally, when he opened the window he didn’t say a word to me the entire transaction. Rude. I get it that it’s a food service position that likely gets paid minimum wage but I still expect to be welcomed as a customer and to not be ignored. I tried to be friendly but, I left feeling disappointed that I wasn’t welcomed and that I was ignored. I wish employees held themselves to a higher standard. We are lucky to have employment.Also my quesadilla was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted and it was very poorly made.

I've eaten at this Taco Bell twice a few weeks apart, and both times ended up with the runs. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen here, but I no longer patronize this Taco Bell, and recommend you avoid it as well.

The cashier who took our order at the drive-through, Jassman S., was just wonderful. She was patient (we pulled up to the window and asked for additional items), cheerful, kind and a model of what customer service should be. You never know what kind of day a customer may be having, and the kind of smile and exceptional service that Jassman gave us could turn anyone’s negative day into a positive one.

Given my usual less than high expectations for TB, I was pleasantly surprised. My meal was hot, prepared right and very tasty. The service was really slow, though, and the tables in the lobby needed attention. It took almost 10 min from order to get my food. I suspect they were very understaffed.

I was hungry and in the mood for Taco Bell. I don't usually choose the Bell, but it sounded good and I was not disappointed. Food was fresh, hot, and tasty. I went through the drive thru so I can't vouch for inside, but through the widows it looked clean and pleasant.
