I ordered something based off of pictures from other reviews and was very disappointed that the portion situation was a lie. The flavor was good, but I was expecting more from the steak sandwich than the surprise of a soggy bun. I paid more than what it was worth in my opinion.

Horrible service and food. The cashier had a horrible attitude and their food was completely not worth the price. The fries were very dark; they tasted exactly like the oil they used for frying. Never recommend anyone to come and pay a high price for something not worth

This place straight up sucks lol. The oil they use has been used a million times, everything is dirty from floor to tables to utensil holder to tissue holder to utensils, the food is extremely salty & tastes like cardboard. Staff is doing us a favor by taking our orders. Do not come here. Maybe go to cookout instead lol.

I ordered the wing tray (jerk), steak & queso sub and tender tray(Thai). My friend and I placed our order together and she got hers in about 15-20 minutes vs me having to wait 45 minutes for cold food. The sub was salty, I got 7 wings for 18$ vs the 15$ for 6 Wings and the wings were chewy. The tenders was okay, some was more chewy then others

I always loved this place. I have been going to this place since he had the good truck in Durham outside the bar.Me and my husband drive from Smithfield every blue moon to support. But why did they change the tenders to those small bite-size tenders I could have made at home? For $40 I was so upset. Please go back to the regular tenders you have been serving for years.

The food was amazing! If you are over 30 years old plan to get it to go because the music was too loud to eat it there. It was so loud the cashier had trouble hearing my phone number to write it on the order.

Went to the new location on New birch dr, Raleigh and hardly got any fries on my tray then got some wings that wasn’t fully cooked, had no shredded lettuce a hour after opening. Definitely was a waste of money hopefully the other locations are doing better then that one..
Those vegan nuggets are amazing the sauce amazing I'll be back .y'all take your time it's worth it ☺️

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! Walked into the restaurant we were the only customers in line. Female sitting at cash register was not taking orders YET was eating her food. Did not acknowledge us. NO HELLO! NO WELCOME! Not give me a moment I'll be right with you. Name on outside of her tray was either Lay-K or Lay-X. The young lady ate her food, looked at my friend and I than went upon her business eating. Then got up walked to the back where a female was fixing trays. Grabbed 2 trays brought them and sat them on the counter. Then sat down and starred at us. She picked up a marker and finally said something. When she eventually said something we looked at each other and said customer service ain't worth spending $50 here and walked out.

Looking at these other reviews maybe this was just a one off time for them but our food was Sooooooooo salty. Almost ruined it. Now I gotta go take my granddads blood pressure meds so I don't have a stroke.

Tried this place Saturday 12/30/22. Went to dine in but due to them being out of utensils we took it to go. The had no bread along with a list of other things. Our options were wings, nuggets, tenders, shrimp or fries basically. We opted for the wing tray and nugget tray. Music soo loud if feels like a night club. The cashiers can barely communicate with you. Our cashier was very friendly ( the white girl) very laid back and helpful she's definitely great to have in front of house. We d we're definitely gonna give them another try for sure/ our food was really good.
