During our last visit on Valentine's Day, we didn't have the greatest experience, but the owner righted the wrong and made our second visit worth our while. Our waiter, Jeff, was very attentive and made sure that we had a pleasant dining experience; the manager was very helpful, and the owner who was at the restaurant stopped by our table to thank us for returning. We'd like to thank you all for such a great dining experience and will be sure to return.

Gabriel gave us excellent service and the food was, as always, top notch. We got the cheese fondue and the chocolate marshmallow and it was absolutely amazing. The food is well worth the price and the whole staff was great.

A bit pricey for a simple dish like fondue. We shared 2 small cheese fondue pots among 3. It was quite filling. I don't see how people could possibly eat a meat course and dessert afterwards, but I guess plenty do.

One of our best experiences ever at a Melting Pot. Emily, our server, was awesome. The food portions were perfect and everything was so tasty. The manager stopped by to see how we were enjoying our meal. Will definitely be back to this location!

Second time here, always fun experience and great food and service . We always end up having leftover food to go because portions are very generous and the order you eat ( cheese and bread first, salad and then main course) makes you plan so you can actually have dessert. The servers are super kind and a very important part of the dinning experience. The place is really big and we were located in a totally different area that it even feels like a different restaurant.

Don't have your reservations say that there is a 20 minute grace period if you're not going to abide by your own rules. We walked in 15 minutes after our time and were told we needed to wait with everyone else. I haven't even eaten yet but we will NOT be back due to the hostess' attitude with me.

Six adults and two babies for a 1pm Sunday birthday meal. Food was fresh, plentiful, and perfectly seasoned. Cheese Fondue was absolutely delicious- Wisconsin cheddar and four-cheese w/sun-dried tomatoes were our favorites. Salad was delicious but everyone agreed that theirs was swimming in dressing which made it far less enjoyable. Main course land and sea was perfection. Chocolate fondue was all delicious in multiple flavors. Service by Christa, first, and then Jess for meal were so accommodating and warm, and fun. The manager on duty was terrific, too!! We had a great time!!!
