This place is amazing with amazing people. The family sized hibachi feeds so many people, and is reasonably priced. The sushi has gotten even better than when they opened, the rice has great flavor and consistency. I am here once a week for dinner and despite being packed out the door, I am always helped quickly. Hibachi is delicious and the proteins have always been perfectly cooked. The people are the sweetest and super helpful, they are taking on so much with the volume of customers. Everyone in town has started taking about this place, and they deserve all the love!!

I guess this is a really good place, because it's so busy one cannot place a takeaway order in a reasonable amount of time, if at all. Called from home to order, asked to hold, receiver was laid down and for the next five minutes I heard stuff going on but the person never came back. Decided to ride into Reidsville and order in person. Lot is full of cars, and there's a line inside about eight deep. Strangely familiar, this is how Taste of Japan rolled when they were in the same space. I turned around and walked out. Typical Reidsville restaurant operation: Understaffed, and those that are working are just within the boundaries of competence for their jobs. That so many people were there is encouraging, but due to the inconvenience I won't be wasting my time here again. There are better options in Greensboro, and they take about the same drive-time from where I live. Wound up getting Jersey Mike's, which was amazingly a decent experience this time around, though usually pretty horrible too. (only due to its location--any other Jersey Mike's in any other town is just fine)

Called to place a Togo order to be put on hold for 17 minutes then he hangs up on me. When I call back to place my order again and told him I was on hold for 17 minutes he did not apologize he just said can I put you on hold. If they can't handle the heat maybe they should close the kitchen. Lost our business. Just like the last owners..

Don’t judge a book by its cover, the cover is much nicer than the book. This so-called food does a disservice to the definition of Japanese food. Even the spaghetti noodles they sauced up and tried to pass off as Japanese are an insult to Italian cuisine. I am really glad I didn’t die overnight because I wouldn’t want that to have been my last meal.
I wouldn’t even give one star because one star rated establishments would be a step up from this place.

DO NOT ORDER THE SUSHI! They serve food that is made differently what is put on the menu!!! I'm allergic to some of the sauces present on some sushi rolls, so I ordered a rainbow roll and a California roll. Neither are supposed to be made with sauce. Their menu doesn't advertise it as coming with sauce. I've never had those rolls served with sauce at any other sushi restaurant. Got home, there was sauce on every single roll AND it was warm! And then the guy at the counter tried to argue with me when I brought it back, saying that their menu does in fact say it comes that way when I was literally looking at the menu. It wasn't until I told him to look at his own freaking menu that he and another guy backpedaled and said that they always put sauce on every roll but they don't put it on the menu. Which is a health violation and an allergy hazard. They did offer to make it again, but the rolls were also puny and not worth the $50 in my opinion. But I just opted for a refund. This was my first and last time going here.

I've been coming here for a little while now, they definitely have the best hibachi chicken around. The flavor is great, the portions are generous, and the family-size meal is an awesome deal if you're feeding a group or just want leftovers for later. Everything’s always fresh, and the service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

Not fond of this place at all the salad isn’t really a salad it’s just a plain bowl of lettuce and the hot sauce isn’t hot sauce it taste like ketchup with seasoning very disappointing and the white sauce taste like regular mayonnaise!!!!😢🥺😤
