Only car in drive thru and Still takes 30 mins for 1 combo meal. First time in months I came here. Stopped coming for the same reason. I ordered the pretzel baconator combo. Said 8.99 was charged 12.99 then the sandwich wasn't even right. Had no bacon or pretzel bun. Pointless to take back so wait another 20 mins. Settle my loss and not come back again.

Ok we got the menu light on the outside this morning wasn't on couldn't see anything asked them to turn it on but.... Anyway Trish was great.. Chelsea was great also but the shift manager on duty this morning was not so friendly ..(Christina)... Gave me my food that was uncooked, biscuit that was so hard had to feed my dogs ... The whole meal $20 and basically fed the dogs... But it helps to another shift manager named Rachel Harris she has agreed to make it right when she works tomorrow morning and apologizes ...so thank you David Thomas you actually do have people working that are actually friendly and considerate!!!

Restaurant was not very busy. There was no cars on the outside of the store. We were the only one sitting in line. It took us 35 minutes in order to get two breakfast. Brian toes and two breakfast sandwiches. There was five girls up front. Just talking and socializing with a little girl in there. That was about three bad for service. They can't even remember what we had ordered and thought we had seven burritos instead of the sandwiches and then after they had fallen come to the window after 20 minutes of waiting they said they forgot to drop the bacon or sausage for our sandwich. So what kind of people do you have working there? You need to get some kind of organization in a manager in there that knows how to manage that place and their workers

I came in for lunch and John was working the counter. John made sure my order was prepared correctly and that I had everything I needed. My fries were made fresh and hand delivered to my table.

Great service. Trisha (Trish) was kind, professional, and efficient. The food was hot and fresh. Unfortunately the floors were SLICK. I'm talking dang slick. Basically ice skating lol. Hubby also said the men's restroom was a mess.

One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been too. Unfriendly staff. Prepared hamburger wrong so had to back inside to get it fixed and when I got down the road and opened the new hamburger, it was prepared incorrectly as well. Inside smelled like urine at the counter for some reason and they never gave me a receipt.
