Man let me tell y'all these are the best donuts I've ever had in my life. My husband works for a company that deals w truck drivers and he brings these everytime he comes up here to VA. Whoever you are, thank you! I literally googled the address to figure out where they come from. 5 stars!

Donuts are indeed very delicious and worth the hype. But we didn't like how we were charged incorrectly for the type of Donuts we got and didn't notice till we got back in the car that we were charged for all filed Donuts. I thought maybe they are the same price but they weren't after we drive around and saw the drive thru sign. Cashiers: please make sure you check the rates and what you charge guests. Ya .35 cents or whatever isn't a big deal but we drove 2 hours from where we were visiting to try you and this just didn't feel right.If we are in town again we would stop here again.
The donuts were just okay. Minus three stars for terrible customer service. When I went there, the woman working didn’t even acknowledge my presence. No greeting, no ask of what I wanted. She was however looking at me the entire time. I spoke first, said what I wanted and she put the donuts in a bag. She told me the total and I paid. After I paid, she dropped the bag of donuts on the counter and walked away without a word.Unreal. I’ll never understand the impulse to treat poorly courteous customers willing to spend their money at your establishment.Anyway, you’ll find a better customer service experience at Krispy Kreme and Dunkin. Done with this place for life. Also, Wilson Donut is KING!

Stopped through on my drive from VA to SC. I got there around 9am on a Friday and the donut selection was a little underwhelming. The glazed donuts appeared lackluster although I could clearly see they were homemade because of their thin/irregular shape. I only ordered a half dozen which the woman serving me said was $9 and change. Because I really wanted local donuts, I paid but I thought he price was absolutely outrageous. I see another review that states they also got a half dozen for around $8 so I'm not sure if it's inflation or what. Either way, the woman just offhandedly said the total as if she made it up on the spot. Also, she wasn't particularly friendly. I didn't expect top notch customer service because the interior of the shop seemed "casual" but her coldness was noteworthy enough. Especially for the price. The donuts were good, had they been fresh I'm sure even better. The chocolate glaze is thick so that might be too sweet for some. The regular glazed seemed dry - the glaze was flaking off as I was eating them.
