Y'all are too busy focusing on the customers walking in the door and getting their food to them immediately, meanwhile doordashers have to wait 25-45 minutes. "oh we've got customers at the door" I am a customer and so is the person I'm trying to deliver the food to. My experience today was completely unacceptable and pathetic. Check your attitudes because I handled it with far more patience than you deserved

First time at a Bojangles store after years.Used to work at a Bojangles store in Oltewah TN.The biscuits were not good not fresh like they used to be when made EVERY HALF HOUR!The chicken was good and mashed potatoes and gravy were good also but the biscuits not so good. Was disappointed in both Bojangles stores in Rocky Mount NC.Drive thru took a little bit longer than expected as well and while handing over food at the window.

At 8 am on a Friday, the lobby was closed due to staffing issues. Seems to be a common theme in this area. No staff, so we just shutdown half the store because we cannot handle the situation. Is this a management issue or an employee issue?
