I ordered 2 large hot original coffees and ask while I order I need a tray for the coffee. I have to repeat it again about tray for coffee. Upon arriving at drive thru window the lady trys to hand me a coffee no tray. I tell her again I need a tray for the coffee. I get a look from the lady she quickly turns her head and the lady beside her turns to look at the window and the lady making coffee behind them looks at the window to see who is at the window. All I can figure is they just chose not to listen to the customer and ignore your request for a drink tray and that is why they do not get a tip from me.

I had a decent experience. The breakfast croissant like food was tasty (I would rather have McDonald's though...). We were confused with a promotion they had and expected the meal to be $3 not an additional $3 so that was a bummer with miscommunication. I got one of those iced coffees. I said I did not want it too sweet. So I thought it wouldn't be sweet until I looked at the label and it had like four creamers four sugars and two shots of vanilla or something like that. Oh my gosh it was extremely sweet and I couldn't handle it so I asked the lady to make it with far less and she just cut it in half and oh my gosh it was still way too sweet. I didn't bother after that. I just went home and mixed it with my own coffee.. but yes, it was one decent experience.

2 stars because I ordered a coffee and a muffin, and I received a coffee and a muffin. However, I didn't get either as I ordered (common in rocky mount at many different places, BTW). Wrong kind of muffin, wrong kind of coffee. It's like that bit ftom lethal weapon 3 about the drive-through. If I'm going to get whatever, why have a menu to order from?? If you didn't hear what I said, just ask me again. It's not a big deal. Here's an idea that management should implement immediately: Repeat back the order so we both know the order was received correctly. Accuracy is always more important than speed. Always. Doing a good job does take some effort, but not really that much.
I stood at counter almost 10 minutes. 3 staff working only on drive thru and not paying attention to counter customers. Terrible service.
