Me and my husband drove over 30 mins to get some donuts. The website said that the drive thru was open till 12am and we got there at 11 and it was close. This mad me very upset. Gas cost to much for yalls website to say one thing but when I get there it was something different. We love yalls donuts but this is the second time that something like this happen with this location in Rocky Mount. Not again for me. I will not go back there.

Today I went in for my free Krispy Kreme donut for my birthday yummy! Customer service was extremely nice I went through the drive-thru in a timely manner and the hot light was on that is the best time to buy donuts in my opinion. Happy birthday to me thank you Krispy Kreme.!!Parking: Plenty of parking if you want to go in and sit down. But most people use the drive-thru.

I used the drive up to place my order. Once my order was placed I went to the window to pay & pick up my order. The girl asked for $16 even when it was a bit more when I ordered. I didn't think much of it. Something told me to check my order before pulling away. Sure enough it was another person's order. So I drove back around to the window explaining the issue and asked for my original order to be fulfilled. For some reason my words didn't seem to make any sense to the girls and even the shift manager. Finally I just told them to put the money back on my card. Frustrated.?
