Had to wait 7 min pulled forward for my meal, they forgot a medium fry, he went to get it, 4 min later he comes out, immediately apologizing(he forgot my stuff), he did offer some free items for the wait, and 2 min later I had my fries and free strawberry pies and got to go. Food was good though.

But every single time there is an issue.Charge for an extra patty and cheese and they leave those off and exclusively put on what you special orders to leave off... Horrible customer service drive thru workers are so rude and disrespectful. Everything thing in my order was incorrect and had a lot of missing items. We spent over 50 dollars on our order for terrible service in all sorts of ways. They have multiple immature teenagers with attitudes running the store. If I could give 0 stars I would.

While trying to have a peaceful meal with family the whole crew decided to have a meeting in the lobby with the manager putting out all the complaints she had and workers complaining about the whole process, they were very loud and seemed to not care there was customers trying to sit there and have lunch, very unprofessional, there is a time and place for everything, and in front of your customers is not the time or place.

TERRIBLE!! Went in drive through. Took my order but it wasn’t put in. So I had to reorder at the window. The girl who took my order over the speaker was fast talking me with an attitude. Get my order it’s completely wrong! The same girl still has an attitude and I had to repeat myself over and over for her to hear me that it was wrong! She tells me to drive up and walk away. I sit in the car with my other food getting cold waited 10 minutes! I go in and stand at the counter waiting another employee asks what I need I tell her. She goes off and finish what she’s doing. No one is paying me any attention to get my order I’m waiting another 10-15 mins trying to be patient. I have to ask again for my order which was just sitting on the counter, then I finally get it. My food is cold now. It’s a mess in there. I asked for a sweet tea they gave me a spirit I too late when I realized that. Im so irritated after a long day and a long drive I just wanted some quick food and get home. I won’t be going back there.
