Picked up a wedding cake, way too thick, and they said at the time of pickup that it was the only size they made. They did not have a box big enough for it. They said they only carry that one size. Had to take a carryout bag , taped to the box. Air etc. could get in. At the reception the icing was hard and sweet! And yes, close family members mentioned it. $100 for a a cake, not that big but too thick , icing hard and sweet and cake itself was not the best either, veryyyy disappointed. So bad, after people left it was thrown away. They are moving, I will not follow.

Miranda did our cake for our wedding and it turned out beautiful! Everyone loved the way all of the cupcakes tasted and you could tell because we had no leftovers! :)

They made my gender reveal cake which was good. However when I picked it up I noticed it said “Coming November 20. 2023” instead of “Coming November 2023.” They were able to fix it. I clearly stated & confirmed what I wanted on the cake when ordering it.They made my baby shower cake & cupcakes this month. I was very specific with what I wanted just like last time. Telling them exactly what I wanted it to say, the theme, colors etc. She even wrote it all down as she did before. The cake was supposed to say “We can barely wait.” We also set a time for it to be picked up on the day of the baby shower. My dad arrived at the set time & still had to wait an hour for the cake. As my shower is almost done being set up I decide to go in & look to see how everything looks before guest start arriving. I look at the cake & realize it says “We can’t barely want.” I immediately call the bakery & explain it to them. They laughed & said “we (the employees) have dyslexia here.” If that is true why would you not make sure someone else is writing on the cakes or at least making sure they are correct? The phrase written did not even make sense. To laugh at your mistake to a customer that paid for something to be done a certain way is very unprofessional. I found no humor in that. You can also see that they went back and added the balloon strings that were not originally on the cake but were supposed to be. It seems like they were doing a rushed job. My dad had to take the cake all the way back to the bakery to be fixed. They did not apologize or offer any compensation for this inconvenience. My shower had already started once he was back with the cake.

customer service sucks !! their cakes and stuff are alright but i always feel unwelcomed every time i step in this place i literally have to speak first every time and they still wont even respond , it doesn't do no good if there is no type of communication at all probably wont be back ill take my money somewhere else where ill be appreciated

I'm gonna be real honest.....I ate my sweets before I took a picture their baklava was the best I've ever had. I will be going back and I will try and refrain from diving in before I can get some pics! But everything I have tried has been amazing. Their staff is the best and very patient. Smells so good inside! Stop by and try them!
