We had a great experience at the restaurant. When we arrived, we were told the wait time would be around 30 minutes, but it turned out to be only 12. A server came to our table and took our food and drink orders. The food was served promptly and accurately, and our server checked on us regularly. I noticed the manager, who I believe was in charge, was very attentive and took care of any issues. I was impressed with his leadership skills and how well his employees followed his example. Overall, we had a wonderful time and are happy to have supported this establishment.Parking: It's busy free but doable.

Ebony was helping us tonight and she was really awesome! She went over and beyond to make sure me and my daughter were comfortable and had everything we needed when our server Gracie was busy! This meant a lot to me because I stopped eating at Outbacks for about 6 months after having a bad customer service experience! She made me feel better about coming back! The food was delicious and fresh! I’ll definitely be back to this location! Thank you Ebony for going over and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied!

We should have known better when we asked for a table / booth outside of the bar area and we informed by our hostess that the tables were not cleared / cleaned yet. What???? A quick glance around proved this statement true...more than several were noticed. Not sure what the deal was since it was 4:30 pm. I can definitely say this was a first in my life. Our server was indifferent to whether we ordered or not...and couldn't be bothered. The Bloomin' Onion was not well cooked (inside was nearly raw) and very oily. Our burgers were edible, but nothing special. While we were only traveling through town, our experience was such that we will not be back here...or at any other Outback.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free (celiac)

My wife and I drive from CT to FL a few times a year. After stopping at the Rocky Mount Outback a few years ago we make it a point to stop at this location each time. We’ve been to numerous Outback restaurants and this is the only review I’ll take the time to review.The service is outstanding every visit. We had Raychel this visit and she was completely customer focused. She took immediate care of everything. We also met her manager Meggan and now understand why this location is head and shoulders above any others.We can’t recommend this restaurant any higher!!! Kudos to the entire team! We’ll be back on our next trip.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Some of the best service I’ve had in North Carolina. Our server was absolutely amazing and the manager was so kind. The price of the food at outback is always reasonable. We don’t frequent chains often but I would definitely come back to this

WOW? THE FOOD AT OUTBACK STEAK WAS DELICIOUS THE WAITRESS WAS VERY NICE AND COURTESY THE ATMOSPHERE WAS GREAT AND THE MANAGER ON DUTY MEGAN CAME OUT TO INTRODUCE HERSELF AND GREETED US THANKED US AND WELCOMED US BACK AND WE DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK.
Visit on 3-20-2024 around 840pm got seated very fast. The place was very dirty and they wasn't that busy the server finally arrives at the table to get drink orders. But she never comes back with drinks and doesn't acknowledge us anymore she just keeps waiting on other customers like we weren't even there until finally we just leaves. I will not be going back there again service was horrible.

Service was not as my previous visit. There was a long delay on refills, they forgot to give us our ranch ane blue cheese, my steak was medium rare and I said medium well done twice. The worst thing is the waitress spilled liquid from the steak on my suit. I hope things get better here for anyone else visiting, I was very disappointed.
