SLOWEST drive-thru ever!!!!

Each time I’ve visited it takes a really long time. I understand everyone is short staffed and I try to be patient. The time doesn’t bother me as much. But giving me a drink that taste like milk ice and foam, after waiting patiently is not ok. My caramel ribbon crunch tasted like nothing but milk ice and foam. And that is not ok.

Beware that parking lot is crowded and difficult to get in and out of. We “dined in” but the drive thru looked to have similar issues. Store was in ok condition, decently long wait and order was not taken correctly. Overall, not a positive Starbucks experience.

Known for getting your order wrong the first time. I went to Starbucks and ordered four bags of coffee. They asked ow I wanted it grinded and I told them regular. They grounded it fine for espresso. My sister called and asked them if she could bring it back without a receipt and they said it was fine. Now we get there, they want a receipt and didn't even bother to look at the mess that that have made. I won't be back to this Starbucks. Waste of money. The Spanish manager is completely rude. Told us there was nothing they could do and just walked away.Just went there today at 01-05-2024, and they got everything wrong. First my gift card didn’t work. Secondly, they gave me a tall instead of a trenta knowing they had cups back there. I never have any problems going somewhere else but I always have a problem with this one.

Waited 30+ minutes for my drink just for it to be completely wrong. My mobile order says exactly what I ordered so there shouldn’t be any miscommunication. Most customizations cost extra. So not receiving any caramel drizzle when I paid for extra is very frustrating!!

The Employees were very nice and helpful, the young lady that was working the front end, made me a pour over and she did an excellent job and it was very good. The only then negative thing about the store was behind the counter was very junkie and not to clean, and may have been because they were very busy and had not had time to clean. But all and all I would come back.

Many people stop at Starbucks before work or school to get a drink and the past couple of times the drive through line has been 30+ minutes. Maybe try to make it so there isn’t that much of a wait so people aren’t late since they are stuck in that line?

Usually this location is hit or miss. But today was a huge miss. My mobile order placed well in advance wasn't ready and when I inquired about the other half of my order a bakery item which should have been ready before the drink like usual. The worker, only make guy there had the worst attitude and was rude because he was in the middle of training. Get your own orders taken care of when training, that is not an excuse to have poor time management on your own work. A pleasant female worker noticed the rude display and took it upon herself to get the rest of my order ready even when she was on the drive through side. I've never encountered such utter rudeness at a Starbucks location before even with incorrect orders. Management if your workers can't handle training and work, please have them work on their attitudes when addressing customers.

I love this place! The new staff that they hired could be... better?But I've gone here quite a lot and everytime I'm greeted with someone they are super nice and explain everything so nicely to me.Last time I went they were out of Pumkin cold foam which was a bummer but he gave me some alternatives and I couldn't help but appreciate the service here even more.I had a lady help carry drinks to my car before when it was my first large order and she was so adorable, she was very nice and optimistic! (Sadly I forgot her name).The drinks do taste a LITTLE watered down, but I feel like the staff making it just needs a little break, they get a lot of orders and only given a short amount of time to make drinks!!Just practice more, some of them are clearly new.
