Let me start by saying, " Believe ALL the BAD reviews!" I don't visit this particular location often. When I do, I feel as if I'm being an inconvenience to the workers ( older male and female). I did a online order for two subs. When I walked in, the store was dead. The older gentleman seen me come in but never greeted me. I proceeded to walk up to him and gave him my name for the order. Once he found it, he just rudely pushed it across the counter. I thanked him and left. Both subs were made incorrectly. To remain peaceful, I didn't go back to complain. Bad days are understandable but to consistently act in this manner is unacceptable. I'm pretty sure if enough customers got fed up and stopped spending their hard earned money with them, things would change.

I just left from this establishment and will never return. We walked in and was not greeted or anything. She looked at us and kept going on. We were the only ones in the restaraunt at the time. I placed my order anyway because I didn’t have long to get to work. My partner ordered and when we were done she didn’t ask if we wanted anything else a drink or anything. As if she was a mute or something. She was at that point rushing me and I was getting aggravated. I started to give her a piece of my mind but my partner said to smile and go ahead. He’s not confrontational but I am. It was funny that she could talk when it was time to pay but not anything else.

Today was my first visit to this shop. I entered and immediately made my way to the restroom. After using the restroom, I walked towards the cooler to grab a bottle of water before placing my order. As I approached the cooler and began to open the door, a male worker shouted at me that the restroom was not for public use. However, upon realizing that I was already in the cooler area, he quickly retracted his comment and apologized. I must admit, I am now uncertain whether I can recommend this establishment for personal or catering orders. The way I was treated left me feeling shocked and disheartened.

I now have a new favorite sub. The #17 garlic roast beef. It's roast beef, 2x provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a garlic aoli sauce that is absolutely delicious! It was a bonus that the sandwich artist already knew to reach for the Italian herbs & cheese bread. It was great toasted.

I will never go here again I put in an order for a philly cheesesteak on wheat bread toasted got my sandwich with white bread not toasted. Ive been reaching out to try to speak with someone for weeks and keep getting the run around. I paid for my sandwich it should come how I want it.

Will never go to this subway again! If you are going to have a family bought business please make sure your family is working like they want to stay in business. Attitudes, Conduct, and also Food problems are all something they should know effects their business. At least be willing to listen to how I want MY SANDWICH because IM PAYING FOR IT. I wouldn’t recommend this subway at all, there is a reason why they cant do the same as all the others.
