This place is AWFUL!!!! The employees roll their eyes , won’t treat customers fairly… because of SKIN TONE! The bathrooms smell like drugs , and when they gave us the wrong type of sandwich they gave an EXTREME attitude!!! Restaurant floor was very sticky and looked like it hasn’t been mopped in a long time. counters were extremely dirty. Service inside and out was VERY slow! But the staff was VERY nice!!!

Bought 120$ worth of food then they came out took out the food from the bags they gave me and started opening all of them, they didn’t even know what they gave me and the lady didn’t even bother putting the trays back in the bag for me. I was still missing 2 plates and after all that I was carrying the food back to my truck and since the bag was full and one plate was broken since she opened it the wings fell out and I had to buy another tray. Horrible service they were real slow compared to other zaxbys I’ve ordered lots from.
