A smaller, older Hardee's that's in a great location with easy access from both north and southbound US 52 via Bethania - Rural Hall road sitting in an older shopping center parking lot. Even though it was posted on the door that the dining room was open from 5:00 am till 10:00 am every day the door was locked. Apparently drive thru is the only way to order breakfast at this time. However my biscuit was hot, fresh and good.
June 23I was craving Hardee's since I haven't had it in awhile.The service here was nice and the drive thru was efficient. However, the food is where it lacks. The sweet tea was not sweet , the hash browns were soft and full or grease and the chicken biscuit was not tasteful. The biscuit www burnt and crunchy. I'm not sure how you can manage to mess up an entire order. I want to like Hardee's so much like I did years ago but every time I go it seems to be just average or wrong

The service was ok but only ok. The associate rang up the wrong order, had to refund me, and then had to ask what my order was. After checking the bag after leaving, I was missing a sausage biscuit that I ordered. Thankfully I wasn't charged to my knowledge due to lack of receipt. They really need to do better, even with staffing shortages.
