They dont wear gloves...need I say more? The guy just bare handed the pizza crust after dealing with the 2 liters and cash register. I asked if he could at least wash his hands first and he said the manager likes to keep the cost of water down???

Website wouldn't allow me to order delivery online, local number just reroutes to AI and then a call center in India, they hung up on me twice. The pizza isn't good enough to put up with all that....

Pizza was horrible took it back to complain and Piper the manager said no refunds! You can get a better pizza at the dollar store with no attitude!

Impossible to order through the Dominos app. As a resident of a 50+ year established neighborhood that is 1 mile from the store is apparently out of their delivery area. Oh…and don’t bother calling the store either. They never pick up the phone. You fail! Never will you get my business.

I have ordered here usually 1x monthly and the staff have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful, and the location has always been rather clean. I always get what I have ordered, and since I use the Domino's App, I always get decent deals. For example, today, I am getting 2 large pizzas, a Caesar salad, and a bowl of Mac n Cheese (delicious, btw) for about $35. I have never heard of $45 for a pizza like one of the other reviewers, so I am not sure if he is smoking something. Perhaps his hometown does something different but I have always had pleasantly predictable and dependable orders here.
Dietary restrictions: Decent but small Gluten Free Pizza is available, not bad
Kid-friendliness: This location has a small set of stairs where kids can climb up and watch their Pizza being made. Staff have always been super friendly to my hyper 5 year old
Why does it seem that the further I get from Domino's farms in Ann arbor, Michigan ( Domino's Headquarters ) the more difficult it is to get a good pizza from this franchise? You can spend $45 on a 14-in pizza and it's barely even a quarter inch thick when it comes to your door. I can get better food quality and value going to a sit-down pizzeria. This review is not based on just one experience. It's based on every experience that I've had with this one particular location as well as several around the country since I travel for my occupation. This one in particular was one of the worst. If what I wanted was a snack, I could go to the dollar menu at McDonald's. If I want a meal and I want to pay 45 bucks for an average pizza meal I expect my money's worth. I will say that they were friendly the first time I called and complained and yet when they made the pizza to replace what I had complained about, it turned out to be just as measley as the first pizza. The quality was a little bit better but the value was horrible. They'll tell you that everything is measured but I guarantee you I can show them another franchise that makes a much better Pizza. You won't complain about spending that kind of money for.

I am done with them! Out of the last last 4 pizzas that I have ordered from them, each time I have PAID FOR extra mushrooms and ALL 4 VISITS I HAVE HAD TO WALK BACK IN TO REQUEST WHAT I PAID FOR. AND THIS TIME THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS CRAP. I WAITED OUTSIDE FOR THE PIZZA TO BE REMADE AND CARRIED OUT, AS THAT IS WHAT I ORDERED AND THE LET ME SIR OUTSIDE FOR 35 MINUTES! I HAD TO GO BACK IN TO GET MY ORDER! LAST TIME HERE!!!
