Bella Verona Italian & Greek

This makes me so sad to post because I absolutely love Verona and my husband and I eat here multiple times a week. The past few times we’ve gotten take out the order has been wrong. The first few times we just let it be because we love Verona. This last time it was wrong, again. We called and spoke to the lady at Verona who was not very friendly and didn’t offer to make this right. We live on the other side of town and specifically drive to that side of town to get food from Veronas. We’ve spent probably 150 at Verona in just the last few weeks, $40 of that has been on food we can’t eat because it’s wrong. We let the lady on the phone know that the order was wrong, she said this is door dashes problem. The ticket we have has the correct information, she said no that’s not true. She said Verona said the ticket said meat sauce. It’s suppose to be angel hair with marinara but the past several times it’s had meat in it. I thought they would atleast apologize and make sure the next time it was correct or refund the $10 on just this spaghetti. Nope, said it was our problem. After years of following Verona, eating there multiple times a week we will no longer come

Placed a DoorDash pickup order for angel hair with tomato sauce since my wife is a vegetarian. They have given us meat sauce twice and the first time we didn’t say anything and she just didn’t eat it. The second time I called and asked if she could just be refunded for her portion as this was the second time it’s happened and we live across town. The lady on the phone said it wasn’t their issue, it was DoorDash and we needed to call them because it came through as meat sauce on their end. The receipt on the bag with our food on it says tomato sauce so how did it come through as meat sauce? They refused to make it right and didn t even apologize. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I got the tour of Italy. It was great. We had a large group and the service was excellent. Handled it with professionalism. Highly recommend

The service is great and the staff is friendly

I have always been a fan of this restaurant. The food has never been a miss for me. The dessert is delicious. My favorite place to get Greek food and pizza for the kids.

This restaurant is one of our favorites. The service is exceptional and the food is delicious!

I ordered a steak sandwich and when it came out it was a cold pice of steak on bread with raw onions. They made no effort in putting it together and even then I tried to keep an open mind and took a bite and had to spit it out because it was cold and congealed.
