Doesn’t come close to the Boone NC location. Very hit and miss at Statesville. It’s either missing items you paid for or messing up what is brought out. Should be no excuse in messing up pancakes. I will make the drive to another location.

These poor workers are overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything and being limited on staff. Sadly, the last couple of times my food has suffered for it. Waiter was great though!

This is one of the only things left in Statesville's mall. I haven't been to an IHOP in a very long time as the closest one to me is about an hour away. The server was very friendly and the food was exceptional. I honestly didn't expect much given the location and disrepair of the rest of the mall, but I'm glad I went. Will go again.

I am all the way from New Jersey and let me tell you the services was absolutely amazing. We had a waiter named George and he was running around the restaurant and making sure everyone was doing okay. This man deserves a raise!! Super polite and was the best server I had!! Great job George!! Keep up the good work!

Took over an hour and a half just to get my fruit cup. I ordered hot chocolate and was given coffee instead. My plate had food on it that I didn't order (a few pieces of hash browns). Hopefully once they are fully staffed things will be better. But not going back any time soon.

The wait staff was wonderful. But the place was a wreck the silverware was dirty. The pancakes was just thrown on the plate and I had to ask for syrup twice when we all got pancakes.

I'm not usually one to leave a horrible review of a place unless the service was just really awful or something but this place just feels awful. The place smelled like mildew. It looked like it was falling apart inside. Which honestly wasn't totally surprising considering the mall it's in is also really old and falling apart. The bench we were sat at literally had the seat falling off into the floor and had to be fixed before we sat down and still felt broken after sitting. I can't say it was dirty but it just felt like it was. As soon as we sat down both myself and the person I was with both felt uncomfortable and we left. I can't rate the service as we really didn't stick around long enough to receive any. It's really to bad. This used to be a great place but definitely needs a lot of work now.
Food under the table on the floor. Sugar all over the table. I asked for a sweet tea and gave me unsweet tea. My burrito was good. The waiter was nice as well.

2 hours wait after placing order. Order arrives incomplete. Not through the fault of the server who was one person serving 8plus tables. No manager help. Heading to the office no doubt. Will not return again. Terribly run ihop. Worst ever.

Passing through on our way north and were seated at 12:20 pm on a Friday. Only 7 or 8 tables with customers and 3 servers that I could see. We didn't get our very simple order of an omelet until 1:35! Our server was great and apologetic. So it must've been the cooks. I don't know. Manager was not friendly at all and could've cared less about the slow service. No apology at all. If you're hungry, go somewhere else! ?
