Rude window employees and they will mess your order up, I regret it every time I go here (literally maybe twice a year). At least this time the manager was decent. Update**2/26/24 stuck at the drive through between 2 cars for nearly 20 mins, no cars moving either line. Never seen this at ANY drive through ANYWHERE. When they finally take our order it was a whole struggle for the cashier to understand the 3 things we ordered. McDonald's, please do better.

I'm just not happy when I go here anymore. It's just not a good place to eat. A lot of the times they get your order wrong or they forget to put it in your bag, and why a bag? Put it on the tray they are not too hard to wipe clean. Stop wasting bags! Bags are for carryout and drive through customers only. They do have good Wi-Fi, plus one star.

I was an employee there. I started on the 8th of this month and I quit the job because a supervisor told me that she didn’t care about my reason of switching my hours for my 2 month old son. Their words were “I don’t care about the reason, I am busy.” Please think about getting a job over there because people really don’t care about your kids even when they are small and you gotta do stuff right for your kids.Parking: You can park mostly anywhere at the McDonald’sKid-friendliness: If you are getting a job there don’t because they really ain’t kid friendly

Good morning! I will be brief and straight to the point. On Yesterday at approximately 2:30pm we "Me and my mother in law whom has lived in Statesville all her life. We have eaten at various McDonald's location all over the world. On yesterday we came in and ordered our meals a **number 2 c which is Quarter Pounder with cheese Deluxe. And Fish sandwich plain*** Neither item was fixed correctly and the young man brought to our table. I checked our food and seen it was wrong. I went to the counter and spoke with Caucasian female manager. Her first words came our her mouth was "What took u so long to return your food? I replied we just received our food miss! She asked what's wrong with your food? I showed her on the menu screen my burger was missing tomatoes only. And the fish sandwich was supposed to be plain. She said "Aren't you the Black Lady that was in here causing problems last week? I said excuse me! She said You look just like the woman that was causing problems here last week.Her language is unacceptable! I explained to her I don't live here and usually visit every 90 day's to check my property here only!She thinks all African Americans look alike and causes problems. I asked for my refund the burger she gave me was messy mayo all on top the bun, it looked a hot mess! I asked her point blank would you eat this burger and her reply was No!She is not manager material. All her workers in this location was on their phones not paying attention to what customers ask for. She had a line of food returns as we was ordering our food.Please help.SignAirforce
Daniel went above and beyond tonight to help serve me as a customer. The food was amazing and hope they continue selling squishmallows for a while. Service was above average tonight.Parking: Around the store parking roughly 25 spaces.

I assume McDonald's Corp or Franchise owner knows this is one of their worst locations and have just accepted it as such. Team members don't care about customer experience, food quality is horrible (smashed sandwiches), and food hygiene is not enforced (hair in the fries). It's a shame.
