Nasty across the board pizza is horrible whole place needs a severe cleaning

I have always loved Village Inn not this time decided to spaghetti noodles were so soggy they taste like water and the sauce was not a sauce it was just canned tomatoes dumped out and called sauce no seasoning no taste other metal can tomato’s
Pizza not good at all to much sauce and not enough of anything else especially with the price of it now

I paid for two buffets asked for certain Pizza couldn't get the pizza so I ended up leaving with no pizza thanks a lot

Yea no. Not good pizza. I reserved judgment until a fresh one came to the buffet and yup. Quite disappointing. Tasted like tostinos frozen pizza. Just go to Ingles next to this place and get frozen pizza it's much cheaper. Salad bar ingredients very underwhelming looking as well

Great salad bar. Probably the best in town. Good pizza.
Poor service. While waiting in the long line, the cashier gets into a LONG drawn out conversation with the person at the front of the line. Most of it not having to do with ordering food. Then just allows this person at the front of the line to just stand there and mess with her cash in her hand trying to decide how she wants to pay.
When we finally reach the front of the line the cashier asks if we would like to leave a tip. WHAT?!? The cashier greatly extends our wait, she is doing NOTHING to speed up the process and then asks for a tip? If I stand to order, there is NO tip. I get my food myself, I get my drinks myself. My re-fills myself and you want a tip!!! Open up a second register so I can order and sit down instead of listening to the cashier and employee talk nonsense to each other and I will think about it.

Great salad bar, wonderfull pizza and desert pizza. Clean and orderly

Bad experience. I ordered a medium pizza take out...I got a paper thin buffet pizza. The only quality of this order was the box. I've been burned in the past...thought I would try it after 1 yrs. Bad mistake.

This place is fabulous. The best Pizza and Salad bar around. The staff is wonderful and outgoing. The manager Kim has really turned this location around they have the best service in town.

I want be back here its so nasty even the girl came out with 4 pizza and had them stacked like the bottom of the pan is touching the other pizza omg 😲 this at 735pm

This place is a joke. Spent 60 bucks for cold pizza. Idc your closing in 1 hour ,but if im spending 60 for bufdet i expect hot warm pizza to enjoy for that hour. I get cold ass pizza just about same temperature of the salad. You got me this time put ill get 600x more when you lose alot of business.
