Ordered from this dominos so many times and always had great service. When I ordered pizza tonight, I was highly disgusted and disappointed!!! The driver was unkept with and had terrible body odor. Not only that, there was a roach CRAWLING on my pizza!!!! Never again!!!! He was a taller caucasian man driving a red Honda civic. Beware of this driver!!!! ??

Ordered a pizza and other items around 2:15 this afternoon. Ordered online and paid online. According to the website, my order was being prepped. Wait time was 15 minutes. Ok, no problem. My husband arrived about 35 minutes later and our order hadn’t even been started. They told him that help didn’t show up today, but some help had just showed up and to come back in another hour. So, back home to Rose Hill to wait another hour before the order is ready. I called and spoke to the manager, order still not started and asked would we be receiving a coupon for the inconvenience on their part. She told me no because everyone was having to wait. Everyone would not have to wait if you could be honest when the orders were placed to begin with.

Honestly, their food is trash at this location.Dominos is GREAT, but this location just genially sucks.Order a large? Nope, its a medium skin stretched out or a racked skin sitting for 35+ minutes thats hard before it even gets sauced. ??Ordered some parm-bites? Rock hard on the outside, ANNNNND inside. ??Ordered pizza just to get a piece of thin and hard cardboard and a bite or 2 of bacon on an entire large pizza.I purposely give my business to other dominos and drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to another location. I'm not shocked their carryout time is 10 minutes at 6PM on a friday night, this place sucks. ?

A lady at the drive through, white women with a buzz cut close to her head.They had an attitude and were acting smart when my husband said he had an online order at the drive through and continued to treat him like he was stupid for letting her know that, and as he tried to say the name she interrupted several times to say who over and over before even letting him respond, she then proceeded to smile after seeing him get upset, as if she was satisfied with her behavior, unacceptable behavior, your employees need to learn to act right.

I ordered some wing’s today and I ask for bbq wings I got that however, they cooked the wings and just poured bbq sauce on it and delivered it. Why didn’t they properly cook them? They slipping like Pizza Hut. Not happy can I get a refund please?
