Food was hot and delicious. Service was excellent and our orders are always correct. This is an older Hardee's and could use a facelift, but otherwise clean with an excellent sanitation score.

Usually i dread going into a fast food place anytime between 11-noon. I know it will be lunchtime for a lot of people. Today was totally different. There were a few customers already seated and eating and only one person in front of us. We ordered our food off breakfast menu. We didnt have to wait long for food but by the time we got our food, there was a long line (mg guess about 10-15 people). I have to say, the crew that was there worked well together and the crowd was either sitting down or had left with their food within 10 minutes. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. I heard no complaints. The crew working today needs to used as an example of how to work to keep happy customers
When it's good it's really good but it's a coin toss the breakfast is more often good than bad

My visit on this day was to return food that was totally not edible. This is the first time I have had an experience such as this at Hardee's. Two Frisco lunch sandwiches were "burnt" bread and burgers. The manager agreed the burgers were burnt, but said the buns were toasted. They were burnt . So disappointing ?

Honestly it's just insane how she even had the nerve to serve us our milkshakes like this. Looked horrible & i had to go to Burger King to get a good Milkshakes. I ordered whip cream in my Hardee's one and It still looked bad. Their employees need to do better.
Hardee's have the best chicken tenders ,I have ever eaten. And the honey mustard sauce is really good.

Service was prompt and friendly but the food was not good. The photo is the hand breaded chicken biscuit. No chicken… just a couple lumps of breading and a bit of what might be some meat but not recognizable. The sausage and egg biscuits were dry yet super greasy. I’ve always loved Hardee’s biscuits, but I think our whole family agreed. We won’t be back after this experience.
