Decided to try the place, one more time for bone in wings. They were still frozen and only had boneless. Settled for something less. I will never Go Back! There's always a long wait time no matter what you order. Long John Silvers would have been a better choice for this location!

Stopped here for first time ever stopping at a Popeyes. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. I have no idea how the rating was an A. I know the floor had not been mopped in days or if so it was with a dirty mop. Some type of liquid was pooled in the floor upon entrance. Not ONE table was clean. The soda machine had spills all around it. Trash was all over dining floor and tables. Needless to say I was unable to eat what was ordered for fear of the kitchen and food was going to be a reflection of the rest of the place. There was no way the place had been cleaned for past days. And I was there around 12:30 on Labor Day. We were also only people there. Probably should have taken that as a sign!

The wait time is over 50mins. And the items are either missing or all wrong. Wanna laugh myslef. When I saw the low score, there definitely a reason. The onwer needs to hire more people otherwise all the employees will be frustrated and with low performance.

On my way to this Popeyes for the first time I noticed that Kentucky Fried Chicken was full and cars lined up at window. Arriving at Popeyes I noticed not a single customer was there. This should have been a huge red flag. -Female worker was sitting outside on the curb on her phone. -No one ever answered me at ordering window. I called out many times. -pulled up to the window and waited …no one. - noticed there was very little chicken in the heating areas ready to serve. Only saw a few pieces. -after waiting I pulled away from window and went back to ordering window again. Finally! Someone answered. Quick version Our entire meals were wrong all the way down to the drinks we got. So disappointing. I’ll be following the crowd to KFC next time. Hey management… this is a representation of your leadership.

Was so excited when Popeyes came to town. Showed up and no one was at the counter. After a few minutes guys that were sitting on the curb outside came in side but did not come to take our order. It was freezing inside the store. After a few minutes due to these conditions, we decided to leave.

Not long after the store opened I gave it a try. Waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Got the food home and it was all wrong. Said I’d never eat there again. Fast forward to 8/6/25 had a coupon and figured I give it another shot! I will not make that mistake again!!! Ordered my food and added 2 of the pies to it, paid for it then told to pull up and wait. Which was for like 10 minutes. Got home and yet again missing my pies. Told the family to start eating and I’d go back to get them. Went inside and told them I just came through the drive thru and got home and the 2 pies I paid for wasn’t in there. The little fella was going to the pies, but they had none. He said it would be 7 minutes did I want to wait…UH NO!!! I am already missing supper with the family and it’s gonna be cold. I’ll take a refund! If their customer service/service in general was as good as the Mac and cheese they’d be set.
I would give less that one if possible. Two piece chicken, white meat, 2 bitty wings only. I thought maybe this third trip would be better, but no! This place needs to shut down!

In the middle of the afternoon this location was not at all busy and yet they totally messed up a very simple order at the drive-thru. After I placed the order, the employee repeated it to me correctly, then handed me my to go package. Of course, I didn’t realize the order was wrong until I got home. I cannot put up with that.

Given the 2 star rating, I was hesitant to try, but figured whatever, I’ve never had Popeyes before…. but I was in a rush one day and everywhere else had lines out to the road. I was pleasantly surprised! Food was fresh, wait time was less than 5 minutes. The strawberry tea & chicken dippers were 10/10 Got The 20$ bundle deal and felt like a thief! Portions are huge so I’m not sure why I see people complaining about the price. Staff were super friendly. My husband and I are definitely going to be regulars now
