Nice proprietors, very delicious food that's above average in flavor, average prices compared to other Chinese restaurants I've been to from Salisbury to Charlotte. Only issue I've had is that I couldn't find shrimp or pork in the shrimp or pork egg rolls, only cabbage.

I love this place. There are a lot of negative reviews about New China’s customer service, but I think they’re great. My order is always right, food has always tasted good, and they do know I have placed a call in order when I walk in. I don’t expect them to kma when I walk in the door. There is a culture difference people should respect. This Chinese restaurant has been there for many years for a reason. To people with bad reviews- stop being so sensitive.

I call to place a pick up order. I do understand there is a language barrier, but rudeness should not be included in any conversation wether someone can understand or not. If I say, I’m sorry I couldn’t understand, and then they respond by yelling; is not a good way to keep a customer. Upon picking up my order, I greeted by saying hello, and no response. I walked up to the counter and they said(not asked)”this must be you”. They began ringing up my order and said the total was going to be over $70 dollars. Their menu said it should’ve been $30+. I didn’t argue because I would’ve regretted my decision in the end. I paid and left.I WILL NEVER COME BACK.This place should not even be open.Businesses usually fail everyday due to some key facts. Being rude to customers, not communicating details, and poor customer service.

Beware ! The customer service is horrible here. Me and my father walked in to get lunch quite and politely. From the beginning they just starred at us. no greeting just a rude stare like we had already done something wrong by just walking in. We ignored that, ordered our food with the lady at the register who was extremely rude. Talking to us like we’re idiots, super un pleasant. We ignored that to because I understand work can be hard. We get our food ( we ordered 2 separate plates) and I go to ask for hot sauce to go. She tell me to open my tray, trying to put the hot sauce on my food her self. I politely ask if she has any to go saucers instead. She gives me one. obviously me and my father can’t share a small cup of hot sauce so I politely ask for a second And she Rudely demands 1 dollar for it. A tiny little cup for 1 dollar. Ordering 2 shrimp plates at this establishment isn’t enough to get you at least 2 hot sauces. please guys take your money else where. The service is horrible and the food isn’t even good or worth the struggle of dealing with their service.
