The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. We had Drew as our waiter and he was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu and gave great recommendations. The meal was just insanely good from start to finish. It's hands down the best meal my husband and I have had since moving to West Jefferson.Overall, Craft Bistro surpassed our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to eat.

This is my and my husband’s favorite restaurant. We love it because it never disappoints. We dine here about once a month. It’s fine dining with a laid-back atmosphere. You could go dressed to the nines or as casual as you wish and you will fit right in. The food is outstanding. Always fresh and full of flavor with inventive sauces and enticing specials. They typically serve a generous portion as well. I sometimes end up with leftovers. We love to get the flourless chocolate torte for dessert. We’ll be going back time and time again!

Hailing from the Charlotte, NC area accustomed to fine dining, we ventured here based on recommendations and glowing reviews—our expectations were exceeded.From the outset, the hostess was remarkably kind, our server Richard provided outstanding service, and even the charismatic Drew with his distinctive pink hair left a lasting impression (recommend asking for Drew or Richard's table). The owners shared a captivating and humbling story, making the experience feel nothing short of royal treatment.Savoring the lamb pops and smoked ahi tuna set the stage for an exquisite culinary journey. Absolutely amazing restaurant. The chefs are amazing, the service is friendly, and the drinks are excellent. They aren’t booked up because it’s a small town, but if this was a big town, it would be booked up for months in advance. One of my top 10 restaurants anywhere and that is saying alot.

Was actually at the Parkway Theater watching "The Marvels"..really good movie, despite what the gatekeeping incels would have you believe. This theater has been a local staple so long as I've lived. It's affordable, comfortable and a great setting for date nights.

The great reviews brought me to Craft Bistro. Unfortunately, I was treated so poorly by the hostess upon entering the restaurant that I doubt I will go back at all. I am going to hope it was not an ethnic/racist issue and rather a lack of good training and professionalism on the part the hostess working today, Friday 10/20/23.If a restaurant requires reservations it should be properly stated on their marketing platforms.Needless to say she did not give us a table and served the other white guest who came after us. To the Hispanic Community in this area beware of Craft Bistro!

I am going to hope it was not an ethnic/racist issue and rather a lack of good training and professionalism on the part the hostess working today, Friday 10/20/23.If a restaurant requires reservations it should be properly stated on their marketing platforms.Needless to say she did not give us a table and served the other white guest who came after us.
